The fact that the room was very reasonably priced, that we can bring our dog, parking was available and the location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and proficient. Stylish environment. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay,already. Having the parking valet to take away and bring your car back to the hotel was also a nice touch.

The on-line check in confused matters as the booking came up under my wife’s name as I had entered her details after mine. Meant that, initially, my name didn’t show on the system! But the very nice gentleman sorted it out quickly, and with charm. €35 for the dog is a little excessive, though you do get a bowl and bed - neither of which we needed as we had those with us,as travelling by car. Nice touch, though.

Beautiful hotel in a great central location in Zaragoza. The hotel is central and well appointed, near everything that you may want and more.

Our hotel was faultless, other than the fact that we left our room at 11 a.m on a Sunday, put the sign outside the door for the room to be cleaned and when we returned at night the sign remained as it was left and the room had not been made up. I would expect much more than this for a hotel of this category. At the very least, make up our beds. We did not leave unreasonably late and I would expect something to have been done.

Everyone at the hotel was so considerate and professional. I arrived extremely stressed and in tears for circumstances having nothing to do with them. Sonya went to a great deal of trouble to try to remedy the travel disaster I was going through. I was exhausted and anxious and they could not have been more generous and patient with me. Xavier, a chef in the bar area, went out of his way to help me. He brought me wonderful tapas and wine and later that evening when I wanted something sweet he went out of his way to bring me 4 sweet delicacies, this in spite of speaking NO Spanish. He understood I was distressed and exhausted. I had the best breakfast ever brought to my room at 8:00. It was divine! I had never had breakfast in my room and it was well worth the 5 euro surcharge. Outstanding. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. It was truly grand in a style so difficult to come by. I am so lucky to have spent that evening with them as I was traveling. I hope to come back to stay for several days in the future, and be able to enjoy it when I’m on a holiday.

I loved everything about this hotel.

Quiet location away from the crowds of the main tourist locations but within walking distance. Excellent cafes/bars/restaurants nearby. Room decor delightful, king bed super comfortable. The heated towel rail was a bonus. Coffee pods and a selection of organic teas provided. Staff were welcoming and helpful and service was provided with a smile.

I had a few issues with the bathroom. Firstly, the placement of the toilet roll made it very difficult to reach. Secondly, the shower arm was very short, making it very easy to accidently step on the bath plug whilst standing under the water.

Very convenient for the old town and shops. Bedroom and bathroom very comfortable and roomy.

Our room was situated above the ballroom and on the first night music from a wedding kept us awake till after 1am. Staff were b apologetic and gave us a gift with an apologetic note as well as a discount on our stay. They offered us another room for our 2nd night but we stayed where we were and as it was a Sunday we had a peaceful night.

The room was well appointed, but there were some details to correct: the air conditioning wasn't working properly and there were some issues with the WC. However, the staff is very efficient and everything was corrected immediately. They also found and reserved restaurants, hired a knowledgeable guide for a city tour, gave us directions and were generally nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and so was the laundry service.

The bar next to the hotel had some very noisy clients who kept us awake during the early morning hours... but that's nobody's fault and the only way of correcting it would be a second glass pane. Maybe that would be a good idea.

This quiet hotel within 15 minutes walk from the Pilar Cathedral has comfortable rooms, with excellent beds and duvet covers, plus enough closet space for longer stays, an excellent breakfast and a small, but very usable gym. The renovated elegant building was pleasant to occupy, with a large park and boulevard nearby, as well as many restaurants and bars. There was a huge wedding party staying at the hotel, but we hardly knew they were around.

The only curious thing was that the duvets only had sheets covering them, so it was hard to keep the bedding straight. It was easier just to use the duvet without a cover. Parking is expensive in the garage, as it is everywhere it seems, but the staff helped us locate cheaper facilities, including a spot on the street for free over the weekend, where it's easy and modest cost just to feed the meter at other times. .

Great location. Friendly and efficient staff. Very good breakfast with great choice of plant milks. Car was parked and cases taken up to our room on arrival. This was fantastic after a long drive. Lovely spacious room and fabulous bathroom.

The card machine at reception would not accept a Barclay card which was accepted everywhere else. Shower gel was not refilled which I discovered after getting in the shower.

Exceptionally clean. Modern facilities although would have preferred walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath you had to climb into

Needed either a bath or shower or both but separately. Would have been better if the air conditioning was working as 23 degs too hot for sleeping. Unable to leave windows open due to noise pollution / not the hotels fault. No communal bar facilities so unable to have drink with friends without finding a bar in town.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was comfortable. They had two lovely beds for my dogs and water bowls in the room on arrival. Very nice touch. The room service was great and I had a great stay. My car was too big to fit in the hotel's (off-site) parking so they directed me to a parking garage very nearby (few minutes walking through a nice park plaza). For checking in and checking out they allow you to pull in right at the front of the hotel to unload bags etc and then you can move your car. This was very handy.
