Great location, very near the city center. Concierge staff were all very nice and helpful, all in all good. Nothing fancy, but a nice good basic stay

Sometimes it had an odour, heating and room phone not always working. Nothing too seriois tho...

Great location and very clean. Reception is open 24h and they have underground parking. If you need water you can buy at reception.

When we arrived we said we had a booking and we needed parking spot. We were told we didn’t have a booking, I have to show my booking ID from the app. When we went to park we realized our car was bigger than the parking spot so we parked in the Hotel designated space next to it. The same person that told me I didn’t have a booking told me that space wasn’t theirs and needed to move our car but after arguing that it has a Hotel sign, that person checked in their system and of course it was theirs. I wouldn’t mind all this if it wasn’t 03:00am after driving hours.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is being renovated. We haven't tried the breakfast buffet, but had breakfast for 4.40€ at the cafeteria which is part of the hotel and which was great

There was construction happening during the day. We could move into a different room where the noise wasn't as bad, however, that room was closer to the street (Gran Vía) and didn't have double windows, so there was noise at night. The WiFi wasn't particularly strong.

Comfortable room and nice big cozy bed, great to have a bath and shower. nice location and good to have paid parking on site if needed at 15 euros per night. Worth doing. Nice breakfast at 10 euros.

Aircon didn't work below 29 degrees. Apart from that all was good

Very basic , and I could hear the people next door every time they flushed toilet or used shower/ sink Bed wasn't the worst I have seen in a hotel but not any where near best.

Great location! Lovely walk to the Old Town. Hotel has a nice not so contemporary vibe to it. Very comfy beds and spacious rooms the staff is veryhelpful. The telephone booths are awesome.

If you have a bigger car or one with the roof box the parking could be an issue

I liked about the property that it is located in the centre of the city and it is very comfortable to see everything in the centre from this point.

I didn’t like that the temperature the room was very high, I needed to sleep with the window open, inclusively I didn’t feel well. It wasn’t possible to drop the temperature by your own.

Location was near the place we needed and a train station (Goya). The room was comfortable and big as well as bed. Bathroom is quite large, water with good pressure.

Location is pretty good. Close to shops, restaurants and old town. The room is fine. Nice and helpful staff. Price was more or less OK. There was a bath - very nice addition. TV was working OK.

WiFi was kind of working, but it has low coverage and it is not trivial to connect to. Underground parking spots are tiny. So is the elevator. No view - just another building.

Really good location with super helpful and welcoming staff. Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. We had a really well priced and delicious meal which we enjoyed after a long day’s travel.
