A delightful hotel just 3/4 minutes walk from the plaza pillar the main square In the old town. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and spoke excellent English. We had a double room on the 5th floor with a glimpse of the pillar basilica. The room was not large but was well decorated and very clean. The shower and toilet were spotless with complimentary toiletries and water. The room had a fridge (not minibar) desk and 3 different but matching seats. It's position was excellent for sightseeing and it had a restaurant although we didn't use it as it's surrounded by lots of bars within 2/3 minutes walk and a small supermarket is on the other side of the road. We had helpful communications via booking.com. The reception area has a meeting room type setup that's not private but useful for quick as hoc meetings. Our room was next to a lift but it caused us no problems at all and was not the main lift. We would definitely stay again if we return to Zaragoza and it's an ideal place for couples or to take your mistress.

Nice staff, comfortable room, good location.

very strange billing system. During a business trip, each employee must account for the expenses made individually. However, due to ordering 3 rooms in one order, the system issues one invoice for the entire stay. Despite the great kindness and attempts to solve the problem by hotel employees, we have quite serious problems with properly documenting business expenses. Apparently, this could have been avoided if the need to receive individual invoices had been notified at the beginning. However, in order to do so, we would need to know that there are such problems that we encountered for the first time.

The only underwhelming thing was the breakfast. No choice ,no buffet.I only opted to have it on the first day of my stay and thereafter had breakfast locally. The hotel itself, the room are lovely.Clean ,modern, comfortable and well serviced by friendly staff of all kinds. The hotel is in a great location for local places of interest.Muaeums,Cathedrals etc and very close to tram and bus stops. Shops of all kinds and the market very close by.

Only the breakfast

Lovely hotel right in the centre of the old town, great location stayed one night on way back from Lourdes, was clean lovely room, with little balcony opening onto central courtyard, (room 301) nice shower, TV couldn't fault it, fridge too. Near El Tubo with quaint streets and tapas bars, just lovely.

Room next to lift, husband couldn't sleep properly due to a bit of noise, but I always use Earplugs in hotels so was fine, grab rail in shower would be useful & a kettle as we had to bring our own

The location is great. Right next to some of the best sights, and in the middle of the old town area. eally comfy bed and a nice modern bathroom.

Understandably they don't have their own parking. You have to park in a public garage nearby (you get a small discount). It is not far but it is not cheap. There is a space to stop infront of the hotel for loading, but it was always in use when I needed it. So I had to lug everything to and from the carpark.

Excellent location in the old town. Nice small hotel with two small lifts. Comfortable room with large and handsome bathroom.

Only the breakfast (served in the vaulted cellars) was a little disappointing - there was no choice (other than tea or coffee), and it consisted of large slice of toast with jams, butter etc, small slice of warm tortilla, small slice of cake, a glass of orange juice and a cup of tea or coffee. No more, no less. All brought by a cheerful server but it was a very limited offering really

Lovely hotel, good room size and nicely furnished. Comfortable bed and an awesome location. The staff were very nice and helpful. Martha serving the breakfast was wonderful even though we could not speak Spanish and she could not speak English. Good value breakfast with very nice coffee. It was great having the bar fridge in the room.

It would have been handy to have tea and coffee facilities in the room or foyer.

About Hotel Inca.. It's a very nice boutique hotel located in the best part of the city. The facilities are modern and clean. The staff was very attentive and informative. They were also very engaging and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, modern, clean. A little on the small side, but we didn't have any problems. We slept well. They don't have parking in the premises, but were more than accommodating letting us park in front of the hotel, get our luggage in place, and register. The parking available was a couple of blocks away in an easy walk. It's the center of the city, blocks from the town's best attractions, restaurants and night life. Our night was quiet and pleasurable. We would come back to this hotel.

The only part we didn't like was getting to the hotel. Even though it's located in the center of the old city, the streets are small and confusing for people going there for the first time. Other than that, we were satisfied with our experience at Hotel Inca.

Staff at desk friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size, bright and modern. Beds very comfortable. Hotel very close to some of the major attractions. Small grocery shop nearly opposite hotel and bigger one down the road.

Better towels could have been provided and it would be preferable to have fan in bathroom but I appreciate that in an old building cost would have been a factor.

Excellent location, very easy to navigate the old Town and tourist sites from the hotel. We were allowed to check in earlier than arranged which was a huge relief as we were hot and tired from our previous journey. The hotel and facilities were very clean.

The reception area, although beautifully presented felt quite sterile and we did not choose to sit there for long.
