The hotel was really nice, what made our stay special was the staff, Nilmika at the front desk was amazing she helped us a lot and was very informative, welcoming and proactive in helping us. The room was always top notch with Chamadh and Hashad is very talented with the design and always kept our room really nice. The staff at breakfast was really nice and helpful the food was amazing.

Staff gave an excellent service and were very attentive. Housekeeping made sure the room was cleaned and restocked with necessities everyday. Room service was very prompt and the food was great as well. I’d like to highlight the exceptional service by the lobby manager, Dumith Nonis. His warm welcome and hospitality made our stay very pleasant. He was always ready to give us recommendations/solutions to all the questions we had. Wijeweera always greeted us with a warm smile. He helped us speak to Uber/pick me drivers in local language. Overall, it was an amazing experience thanks to the excellent hospitality from the staff, neat and clean rooms with amazing food. Definitely money worth. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Best wishes to the entire team. Looking forward to my next stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with family. The rooms were well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a big plus—it’s in a great spot, making it easy to get to any destination from the center. The bathrooms were clean and modern, which added to our comfort. Overall, a great choice for families looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

View from the top reveals a few rough urban buildings nearby. It’s not a big deal

The hotel staff is really helpful and friendly. They could speak English well, which helped me a lot to communicate with them. The hotel also has a fitness center on the 8th floor. The wifi speed is quick enough to hold an online meeting, although I have a short delay but it is acceptable.

The only thing that bothers me is the taste of the water during breakfast. It is refreshing, but it has a different taste compared to commercial water bottles.

The place was great

I had to make a last minute booking when my daughter needed medical treatment at a nearby hospital during a holiday. The hotel was overall much better than I expected for the price I paid even though it is all quite basic and a bit tired. The staff were friendly, the location was good for what I needed and the facilities I used were all ok.

The food in the Vu restaurant needs a rebrand, it’s very very old fashioned and not that original or fresh feeling /but I was well looked after

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. Wijeweera was always available to assist us with any needs. The team demonstrated a remarkable ability to make guests feel valued and special. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel’s restaurant was outstanding, offering fantastic food. Additionally, the restaurant staff were highly courteous and professional.

The staff were extremely helpful and was available to help with any issues raised. They helped with any preparation we needed for transport and facilities. In hotel gym helped get a few quick workouts and the food was enjoyable. Staff were always welcoming and polite. Having left an item in the room on checking out, they responded quickly to recover it.

From the check in time to check out time the service was exceptional, Food was very nice and the kitchen was very clean. Sameera was able assist me with my special request and provided me valuable information. .Also Ajith restaurant supervisor always provided excellent efficient service when I was having meals in the restaurant and on roof top bar. overall the staff is really polite professional and helpful. Being in a foreign country, I found the staff VERY helpful! If I needed to know where to find a phone adaptor or a grocery store, the front desk staff was always ready to point me in the right direction. I felt very welcome and safe.

Almost everything was perfect. The only thing that was a little off was my hotel shuttle to the airport. The front desk staff told me I could pay $20 to a taxi, plus pay the tolls on the way, or just pay $30 to the hotel's airport shuttle. I decided to pay the $30 to hotel's shuttle so I would not have to worry about tolls. Then, on the way to the airport, the hotel shuttle driver made a huge drama trying to get me to pay the tolls!
