I couldn’t let y’all know before leaving. There was an old underwear in the wardrobe. It was not pleasant but we moved and kept our clothes and bags accordingly. Even on a previous stay there was a left over ice cream in the mini fridge. There’s isn’t a huge issue, but just letting y’all know so that as much as comforting and cozy the property is, a bit more of hygiene concerns can improvise the rooms better. :)

The location is very accessible and a few meters from stores, coffeeshops, Popeye's and fresh foods at Kells. Convenience stores were on the next avenue as was a mall, electronic stores, mobile stores etc. Good location and an excellent staff who is attentive and helpful round the clock. I will stay here again.

Good value for money and location. Very friendly helpful staff. Had all the required facilities in the room. First I was given a room which was a bit noisy because it was facing a main street, but the room was changed to another one due to renovation works later on, and the new one was really nice and spacious.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Location was good and very central.
Room had a few mosquitoes. Drainage in the shower wasnt very good, might have been blocked maybe, but lead to the bathroom floor flooding during a shower. Bedside lights had no light globes so you couldnt use them.

Great value for money and location. Very friendly staff. Had all the required facilities in the room (TV, mini fridge, comfy bed, desks and racks, big cupboard, Air conditioning).
The hallways in the hotel can be more cleaner/renovated. The bathroom was just alright, could've been better. The bathroom door wouldn't close.

I stayed in Talo Urban for 6 nights. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is really nice and was above my expectations. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. The Breakfast was good. I, especially was enjoining of the company of the owner, she is extremely friendly))) Thank you!

The room is okay for the money , the staff is good.
The lock (chain) was broken, and at about 4 am someone opened one broken lock. I woke up and closed the door. But I thought it could be dangerous, that the room door was not securely closed.

Staff is more friendly, even they serve foods to your room. There is no discrimination whether you are a foreigner or local visitor,you will get equal service. Front desk person Hitheesh will arrange everything when you needed.
Room I stayed bit closed to road. TV does not work, but its okay,internet bit slow.

The homely gesture and feeling we receive when we stay over!
So in every room there are 2 cups and saucers placed. It’ll be nice if there are a few tea bags and coffee sachets with creamers. That’s only if the cost supports the price per room. Else everything is perfect
