Friendly staff, clean and neat room. Imdad and Mohammed were very friendly and curteous and did a great job with cleaning the room too.

No view. Non transparent window. Even when you opened it it only showed a hallway with indirect view through another window.

I came here with my sister for a one night stay on Christmas. As we entered the receptionist welcomed us kindly and we got everything done with ease. As we entered our room I must say I was really surprised with the overall presentation of the Twin Bedroom. It was cozy and felt spacious for a small room! The room facilities were great and the cooler works! I didn’t even want to get off my bed haha 🥲💖 We had breakfast from the hotel and it was just too good! We were presented with an array of fresh fruits, an omelet and toast. It was just the perfect way to start the day. I'll be surely booking this hotel again when I come to Colombo for a long stay! 💖

It would be the bathroom. The shower drain was unfortunately clogged and my sister had to clean it 🙁

The residence is located in the heart of the city of Colombo. Everything was really nearby and getting transport was really easy. I would really like to mention their rooftop dining area for breakfast and the breakfast itself both were really really really really good and worth the money. And if you like masala tea I highly recommend you to try it. Really good flavour.

Not much to complain about, other than the fact the room was a little bit small and cramped up. But it is not a big issue to worry if you are going to roam around the city and just need a base to sleep at night.

Worth staying here! facility + comfort + location + price - everything was amazing. we stayed for 10 days for an event. the room was comfortable for 3 persons. facilities was on point and if we needed anything the staff was helpful immediately. there was an issue with our room but the staff (especially Imran) worked it out and resolved it within 1 day which was amazing. the location is on point (near to all main locations in Colombo city) and the view is of marine drive which is surreal.

Very kind amazing personal!!, we stored our luggage at the hotel after we checked out at the beginning of our trip and came back 10 days later. Originally we wanted to stay on the first and last day of the trip at the hotel. But as we changed our plans we just came to pick up the luggage without additional reservation. They were so kind and didn't charged us any money for the luggage storage We would definitely come here back again and hardly recommend it! Good location, shopping mal food laundry everything in a 1-5min walking around distance Clean room good internet hot water good water pressure. Also free toothbrush and toothpaste at the washroom We also got a welcome drink! Everything was just perfect

The Staff were very accommodating and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Mohammed was very kind and we had an amazing breakfast with breath-taking views. Rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries and teas.

The exterior of the building is having work done so the property façade was not very appealing. The interior was great though. Lift does not go to all floors with was challenging however the team at the hotel were very helpful in moving our luggage. The security guard was very informative and helpful.

Very basic rooms which was just what we needed for a quick stay in Colombo after a long flight. Vert easy to get a pick me into central colombo (a tuk tuk cost about 300LKR) Came with a kettle and snacks and water, good hot water from the shower and comfy bed. Also had good wifi.

We were given a room just by the reception area so it was quite noisy throughout the night and in the mornings. This didn’t impact us too much but might do if you are a light sleeper.

very nice people, room was clean and cool, bath room as we like it as Europeans and the price/service relation truely is setting benchmarks. Internet was strong enough, so i could do video conferences from my room. if you do not search luxury for 10times the price, this location has earned my recommendation. thanks to Mohamed, for cleaning my room do good every day, while keeping my privacy.

Great location near Magestic City. Super comfy huge bed and very clean. Very attentive and respectful staff. I didn't see any other facilities or the dining area if there was one. My room had a very high ceiling which made it seem larger than what it was. The only downside was I was in room 306 right at reception, so I didn't get much sleep. People talking at all hours and doors closing. Apart from that, all was great.

Unfortunately I had the room opposite reception and in close proximity to the stairs.

It’s clean and comfortable. The terrace has nice view of the ocean. The security guard was very helpful.

The location is a bit far from anything touristic. Although the receptionist was kind and polite, he couldn’t answer any question that was not related directly to the hotel. I asked him about basic stuff, like the cost of taxi from the airport, about trains from Colombo, and he didn’t know, and didn’t try to check it out and help.
