The room was very comfortable and clean and the ocean view was lovely and as we had requested. Would have liked a bit more variety at the buffet but the staff were very attentive and accommodating and friendly. thank you and keep up the good service as we recommend you to family and friends. Thank you to the staff for their service at the high tea we held for family on 3rd December 2023. the food was excellent and the staff were so obliging. it was a memorable event for us. Thank you.

The only request is for more variety in the buffet and also the cost of laundry was very high. Self service laundry would be a good idea as well.

Staff at the hotel was super polite n courteous. Especially a guy called hissam or hassim not sure office name though was extremely professional and went out of the way to check me in early as I had landed at the hotel at 3:00 a.m. In fact I had booked the hotel only for one night but because of the warm hospital received at the front office from haseen or his arm sorry once again I forgot the name I converted my stay for an entire week at the Radisson and also enrolled for the Radisson membership and now I am a proud premium member of the Radisson hotel membership thank you have a great time with you guys love you

*Very very Good Location * Sea Facing Property ❤️ * Hotel Management has given best view room. * Infinity Swimming pool with Rooftop Bar (On14) * Mr. Viraj from the Restaurant On14 is an outstanding employee of the property. I will remember his smile forever. He is very much cooperative, friendly, well mannered staff. Please appreciate him from our side. * Restaurant Manager is also very courteous and helpful towards the guest. * The Bald Security Guard of the morning shift is the first impression of the property. Highly appreciated his welcoming attitude with nice gesture. * House Keeping Team members are awesome. * Foods are tasty and very reasonable price.

* Front desk staffs are very average. They are not that much welcoming and friendly. But, Night shift guy was different. * Room Service is very very very much poor. Ordered foods and soft drinks. They forgot to provide the drinks. However, I informed them regarding the mistake which is pretty normal. But, after acknowledging the matter they didn’t provide the drinks to our room. We waited almost half and hour but no one came never. ✌️

Overall service was good. Laundry service was excellent. Front desk people has very good attitude and friendly.

Food quality was poor. Breakfast menu and quality were substandard. The reason I believe is the BB customers are charged only $3 for breakfast. In Srilanka’s current situation for $3 you can’t provide anything. Unfortunately the non BB customers who pay $6 for breakfast also get the same. Also the carpets and linens needs to be changed.

I had an amazing time at the Radisson Colombo hotel. The sea view from the room was breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here. 🌊🌞

the view is beautiful and they even gave us a upgrade as we requested in advance for a ocean view room from a top floor. very nice and friendly staffs!

I requested room services/housekeeping twice to replace or clean the Electric kettle as it was not clean (has tea added to the kettle because it had tea smell and a brownish water in it with black powder, but it was not replaced or cleaned. other than that everything was perfect.

Arrived at 1h30 in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us some refreshments whilst checking in. Was always friendly and willing to assist during our stay. Also arranged our laundry within a day

The staff at the property was exceptionally helpful informative and responsive Ideally located

There was some maintenance work carried during the time of my stay which was unfortunate but the staff took the necessary steps to deal with the situation

Good bed, clean room. Not exactely regular Radisson standard (yet) but it is refurbished and taken care. Shower cabin.

Basic facilities. Wardrobe inside the bathroom. Breakfast needs improvments.
