The staff was excellent and always helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location offered great value for money. The rooms were clean and equipped with cable channels, adding to the comfort. The food was delicious, and the room service was exceptionally attentive. Overall, I can confidently say I’ll visit this place again.

I ordered my dinner around 7 PM, but it was delivered to my room around 9 or 9:30 PM. The room didn’t have an iron, so I had to ask the staff for one, but it was of poor quality. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, so I had to use my phone as a hotspot to access the internet.

The staffs’ immediate resolution when there were concerns with quality of room cleanliness. The General Manager went above and beyond to ensure an awesome experience @ the hotel 🥰 thank you so much xxx

Even though the restaurant food was absolutely amazing & we were the only guests eating there, it was 1 hour to get our food.

Hotel is definitely above the rate compare to other facilities in the area. We ordered dinner from 'a la carte menu' and food was really good. We also enjoyed morning breakfast (was not buffet on that day). Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. It was value for money.

Some facilities of the hotel needs some refurbished.

Exceptional Staff. Manager Dilran, Receptionist Raveesha, Indika Restaurant Supervisor and other support staff including the tea-making restaurant staff worker Fonseka were great. They were warm, welcoming and friendly.

Value for money I had stayed different hotels this Katharagama area before. Compare to them, This hotel is nicer one. Breakfast : A good one comparing to the price We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed it.

Staff, location, service and food... highly commendable. I must say that the staff goes out of their way to help the guests, very accommodative and empathetic. Pool is not that deep but ideal for a swim and relaxing after a tiring day. Food is exceptional and filling. In case if you are planning to visit yala, can request for some breakfast on the go. Hotel can help you to find a safari jeep. Close proximity to Kadirgamam Kovil (Kataragama). Just 38km from mattala highway exit.
