So very much enjoyed our month stay at Club Palm Bay… the management and staff TRULY exceeded our expectations in every way!!! We chose the all-inclusive option for convenience and were very happy with it; large variety of great food and drinks. The Staff were always willing to go above and beyond to help us and make us feel like it was our home away from home. We cannot thank all of them enough for such an enjoyable month long stay. So good in fact, that we decided to stay another month plus. If I had to choose one person that stands out and that's very hard to do because the list is very long who deserves recognition it would be a server named Thushan, who also I feel should be considered for a well-earned promotion… but again; all management and staff are outstanding!!! Highly suggest Club Palm Bay for your stay in Sri Lanka!!!

This was our final destination of this 21-day tour to Sri Lanka - We stayed 4 nights/5days. We were offered a room with the view of the lagoon and it was very closer to the restaurant, bar, and reception and not far away from the pool and other recreational activity places. Accommodation: This villa-type room is spacious and more convenient with lots of cupboards and drawers to keep your luggage. The room service was very good. The laundry facility and the staff are excellent. Some names of the staff who were very good for guests; Dalakshan, Pradeep, This is a resort with ample of recreational activities to enjoy for the guests. Swimming pool, a small golf course (ground), tennis, badminton, kayaking, etc.. The hotel has its own beach club. A private beach area for the hotel guests only.

The great Sri Lankan hospitality was shown in every inch of the property and every moment of our stay. Staff members are always with a smile and ready to assist. The Villa we stayed overlooking the lake had fabulous views. Comfortable bedding and amenities are included. All inclusive packages are a great deal. Each an every meal we had ; we experienced a culinary delight. Have to mention and give credit to chef Manjula and his team, who always did the best and delivered with perfection. Recommend this resort to everyone who wants to enjoy a remarkable stay. Many thanks to Club Palm Bay.

The staff, starting from the front desk porter to kitchen staff, the wait staff to the room service everyone was exceptional and courteous. Felt like they were all in a mission to make sure the guests are taken care of no matter what. I lost count on how many times per day random and different staff asked if we need anything or how they can make our stay exceptional. Simply unbelievable and unexpected. The food was amazing and full of variety. The kitchen staff went above and beyond and out of their way to make special request food for my expecting wife's cravings. I was in hospitality business once upon a time and even for me this is next level guest satisfaction. Overall 5 star guest experience and the staff truly set the bench mark for great customer service in the hospitality business. Something I haven't experienced even in the United States. Also a shoutout to wait staff Shashikala and the crew at the buffet for the kindness and effort to make our stay better.. Keep up the good work.

Pretty much I liked everything. One thing to note is that the hotel does show a bit of age when it comes to the rooms, pool and fitness center. But that doesn't effect the overall guest experience but as a note for "room for improvement".

Great hotel with very friendly and lovely staff! We liked this place so much that we extended our stay two times. We want to personally thank restaurant supervisor Phriyante, masseuse Asha, beach life guard Nadeera, and reception worker Anushka (who also speaks perfect russian). We had an amazing view from our rooms and went to the beach every day. The sea is relatively calm and swimming is not a problem most of the time. With life guards around you feel calm and safe no matter the weather. It was a fun and relaxing experience so we will definitely be coming back!

The staff was nice. The large pool area and especially the kids pool area suits family getaways. The lagoon area was clean. Calm surroundings and well maintained gardens.

There was a small issue with the bathroom which needed attention. Even though the bathroom was clean, some insects could come in via the gutters. Water pressure was low.

We cannot thank them enough for such an enjoyable stay. The hotel has so many wonderful activities like golf, basketball, swimming and tennis. There was always something to keep you entertained. The hotel provides a very relaxing environment.

The staff was amazing! The grounds were beautifully landscaped and maintained. The lagoons were beautiful and no bugs! The restaurant was lovely, clean and had good buffets! Great massage!
