We recently stayed two nights at Jetwing Blue, and it was absolutely perfect! The beachfront location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff made us feel welcome and catered to our every need. Relaxing by the pool while enjoying the sea breeze was a highlight of the trip. Jetwing Blue's attention to detail and serene atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Negombo.

We stayed here on our very first night and our last night of our 2.5 week trip! The rooms were great and we all slept amazing after a 20 hour flight! The staff was so welcoming and remembered us when we returned two weeks later. The pool was amazing, it was warm and huge! We swam a lot to get in as much movement as we could after our long flights. The beach was good to walk on but not really to swim or play on. But the pool overlooks the beach so we had the view. The hotel was very convenient and walking distance to a lot which we didn't really know about until we left! But there were sidewalks (which are very rare in Sri Lanka!) and would be an easy walk to many great shops and restaurants.

Everything is good, location and view is perfect. Just one thing disturbed us: staff conduct the cleaning of the room every single day, not just cleaning, but changing bedsheets and organising our personal clothes, cosmetics on the table. Felt like violating of personal boundaries. Upon leaving the hotel, asked the staff not to do cleaning , came back and again room is organised, our clothes is folded.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Jetwing Blue. The hotel is well maintained, rooms were clean and spacious and staff were friendly and attentive. Loved that the hotel was on the beach which was kept so pristine and there were two pools. Breakfast was excellent with good variety and we found it was not monotonous for longer stays. Happy with our choice and have no complaints cept the room rate and taxes was a bit on the high end.

This hotel is situated in a perfect picturesque paradise! As you walk into the hotel you are greeted by such friendly staff which go out their way to help you and welcome you. You see the beach views ahead of you through the open plan doors and you are in awe! Amazing hotel, great room and location, highly recommend! The staff were fantastic and super friendly, the best start to our amazing trip to Sri Lanka!

That I only stayed one night!

The rooms were very clean and the staff were always very helpfull. Great laundry service at Jetwing. The food at the restaurant downstairs was amazing. The view of the beach was awesome not to mention the friendly dogs walking around the area. The 24 hour service at Jetwing was spot on!

I do remember Jetwing having a Shisha service on my previous stay. Bring that back please! Everything else was spot on and amazing!

Honestly I don't understand why this hotel doesn't get a better score : the pool is the biggest one I saw in Sri Lanka, the staff is very very friendly, the choice at breakfast is also the most extended I saw on the island... There's even a real gym !

The air-conditioning in the room is difficult to manage: hard to set a 25 degrees temperature. It keeps on freezing and drying the room out.

Great beach. Lovely pool. Food at the buffet was very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. The graduated pool is great for little ones of all ages. The location on the main road with all the shops and restaurants was also great.

They added two kids beds to our room which was great, but meant there wasn’t much room for anything else!

Excellent location on the beach and close proximity to the airport. Additionally there are plenty of food/drink options close to the hotel.

Service could be a bit slow at times even when it didn’t seem busy. People also reserving specific tables facing out to the beach for breakfast although when asking to reserve was told it’s not possible so slightly confusing. The hotel has a gym but it’s very compact.

we liked the the chairs in the pool and that the room was quiet and right by the pool. staff were super friendly. the beachfront location is also superb! We also enjoyed some traditional sri lankan food aswell as more could friendly (uk) food!

maybe quicker on some drinks, just a very minor suggestion. also water should always be part of the price regardless of where it is located in the hotel.
