Breakfast was great, staff friendly, location was great, Pool was clean

Room had no TV an NO INTERNET even though I paid for both. Nice lady in Reception simply said sorry for the inconvenience. She offered a non Oceanfront room but I declined.

I’m a frequent traveller. I have been to many hotels in Negombo area and I would like to say this is the most friendliest hotel I ever been. Staff members are really friendly and polite . Ramesh the owner of the hotel is a top guy . Good food , very clean rooms , clean pool , direct access to the beach . This time me and my wife stayed 8 days in the hotel . Ramesh arranged airport pick up and dropped us off as well as courtesy. I will be back again in Feb 2024 for 2 weeks . I would highly recommended this hotel and its very reasonable price when you compare with other hotels in Negombo area .

Amazing place close to beach. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good with vegetarian options. Price was good for that quality. This place has big potencion for events too. We can fully recommend this ares.

Accommodation is ok, only the beach is not the best for swimming.

I and more so my wife liked the atmosphere.Calm and peaceful.No stress. Very good service.On the beach. Many restaurant and bar around.Staff extremely helpful.One can stay for physical and mental rest and healing.Manager very supportive.

The hotel was just re-opening after a long layoff due to Covid, so it’s unfair to pick points of improvement that will surely be sorted in time. Wishing the Topaz and it’s staff all the best for the future.

It is a SHIT Hoteel. Please Donot Take any Booking For this Shit Hotel.. Bathroom is Not Cleaned . Bed Sheet was Brown Colour. Nevver Change The Towels.Never Send Any Custermer to This Shit Place

Great location right on the beach, lovely clean pool and loungers. Friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast.

Only thing missing was a fridge in the room, but we managed fine just a small thing.

Breakfast was ok very limited selection of food For westerners only skinny chicken/beef sausages and eggs, Poor

The full menu, very limited selection so for an evening meal you Have to go out
