The room was large, clean spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfy and I loved the blankets. Clean and comfortable bathroom and a nice view from the balcony. The staff were very helpful and we were treated very well. Delicious traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. Excellent large Full-Size snooker board and we enjoyed playing billiards. I would stay here again

The hotel is wonderfully situated overlooking the park and incredibly quiet even being so near to the town centre which is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms exceptionally large , incredibly comfortable with every amenity one could hope for. Breakfast every day was varied and did not disappointment as neither did our hosts who went out of their way to enquire and ensure that every guests stay is relaxed, joyful and welcoming and comfortable. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel , it really is one of the best as too are the hosts, in Nuwara Elia!

The hotel itself was nice, comfortable rooms with comfy bed and lot of blankets so it was not cold at night. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good. Despite some issues with booking, staff found quickly a solution. Thank you and I can recommend this hotel!

I noticed this in many places in Sri Lanka, that there’s not enough staff in service segment. I don’t know if owners want to cut costs for maximum or season is not full on, however the hotel was full and only 3 or 4 staff members were working there almost 24/7 doing completely everything from cooking, reception, cleaning etc. so this is more the manager’s problem. Anyway everyone was super nice and helpful.

We had great time staying at Panorama hotel in Nuwara Eliya! We stayed there for 2 nights and we highly recommend. The best thing is the stuff - everyone, especially Robson and Sydni, were super kind, welcomed us warmly, took care of everything we needed and gave us a comfortable feeling during our stay. They helped us arranging a trip to Horton plains and gave us packed breakfast at 5am, which was great. The room was big, clean, nice balcony with view. Location is great - 5 mins from the town center. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of good food. Very good value for money, and amazing people, definitely recommended.

The rooms were well-appointed and included a delightful fireplace, which added a cozy ambiance during the evenings. The breakfast provided at the hotel was of good quality, and I appreciated the recent addition of a separate pizza service. Additionally, the hotel offers the option to arrange lunch and dinner for guests, albeit at an additional charge. Overall, we had a fantastic two-night stay at Panorama Green View Hotel and would highly recommend it to others seeking accommodation in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka.

A very nice and big room, and especially a very comfortable big bed with wonderfully warm covers. Everything is very clean amd tidy. And there is a wonderfully hot shower! The staff is extremely nice and helpful, they quickly brought me a little heater before I could even ask as it was quite cold and rainy outside. One of them even borrowed me his own umbrella when I wanted to go to the village. The breakfastroom is beautiful and the breakfast with fresh fruit and omelett was very tasty. A very good place to be in Nuwara Eliya, I totally recommend it!

The hotel is located on a quiet road beside the Victoria Park so the view is in fact green and it is very quiet at night. I was warmly welcomed and helped rather nicely with my bags on arrival. My room was large, clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and I loved the blanket and duvet for extra warmth. I enjoyed my breakfast with a choice of Sri Lankan and plain Western food. The black tea was hot and strong so just perfect. My stay was a simple one nighter, brief but very good. I would stay here again.

I couldn't find the handset for the tv although I managed to switch it on from the back.

Moreover, its central location made it easy for us to explore the city, as it was just a short 5-minute walk to the city center. From our windows, we were treated to a nice view of Victoria Park, adding a touch of natural beauty to our stay.

Quite cold in the hotel rooms. Bathroom strongly smelled like cleaning products for the whole time of our stay.

The hospitality is amazing. Clean rooms and amazing location, near to most places. Shaqeeb was excellent, he was a star,, very nice guy, you need anything, call Shaqeeb from reception 10/10 Sidney was best, he's a do-it-all. Don't forget to taste his tea 👏 Also, Nisa was very helpful and responsive throughout which made things easier for us. The owner upgraded the room for us in the same price. If I ever come again, I'll definitely stay here. Will miss these guys and Nuwaraeliya
