A perfect stay with everything I needed . Wonderful friendly and helpful staff Close to some. excellent beaches (not crowded). Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and staff ,they even allowed me to charge my Electric Tuk ( thank you ). Lovely clean refreshing swimming pool . I would definitely return and I would recommend you stay here .

Breakfast was a bit of a mishap. I really think they need to rethink it ,like if it's Sri Lankan breakfast then rice or String hoppers with curry should be on the menu ( in my opinion).. No cereal like Cornflakes !! Egg toast fruit and Jam is ok ,but not everyday .By having a 2 hour window for only a small amount of guests I think is a waste and it would be better suited to 1 hour slot with a member of staff in attendance for the Hour .

Comfortable room, with great AC. Very nice pool, with some parts in the shade, which is great if you don’t want to stay under the brutal Sri Lankan sun. Decent buffet breakfast. For dinner, head to the restaurant next door, Jayasena, for a delicious and cheap meal. Good location, a few minutes walking to two beaches (our favorite being Silent beach, where you can swim despite the big waves).

The staff didn’t speak English (though always smiling), so we couldn’t really connect or ask for recommendations. The bathroom really needs to be refreshed, especially the shower and the shower curtain, which was disgusting. But again, for the price per night, you can’t complain too much.

Wonderful place ! The room was very cozy and quiet yet really spacious. Huge balcony, magnificent pool, kitchen and on top of that a beautiful lovely host family! Everything was spotless clean, we got non stop fresh towels,,the area is wonderful - couldn’t ask for more. We enjoyed our stay are were sad while leaving. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely 4 nightstay at Grand Residence. Large comfortable room with balcony and seating area. Shared kitchen with electric hob, fridge and all we needed to self cater. The pool area is great. Sun all day, good large umbrellas if you want shade, comfortable sun loungers. Nice clean pool. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of options. The staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Thushara he contacted us as soon as we made the booking to offer any assistance and was always available for anything we required. He even made our visa extension applications for us. Many thanks to him. The hotel is close to lovely beaches, especially Silent Beach. The best beach we have found in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend.

Great breakfast! Clean pool :) Location is 2 km from the centre of Tangalle-you can take tuk tuk. But some restaurants are around this hotel :)

We really could rest here. The rooms were spacious and comfy. During power cuts in the town the hotel provided the backup power generator that worked perfectly so we didn't really experience any inconveniences. The contact with manager was excellent, we were in touch via Whatsapp and could ask for anything anytime. Good location, a small shop across the street, cool pool, close to the most beautiful beaches. The breakfast was very tasty and with many options to choose from :)

The pool is definitely a must have. The breakfast is good and the location is great, quite close from Tangalle but also close from 2 amazing beaches.

This hotel is very close to goyambokka beach and also tangalle city. Room was comfortable, clean and big. Bathrooms are also very clean and had good hot water. Even this hotel located at the main road , there was no any noise. Nice place for relaxing. There was big pool with clean water(also has a small pool for kids).on our requests they arranged breakfast near the pool.They were gave superb breakfast.

Wifi was sometimes good sometimes bad. That would be nice staff becomes more friendly and helpful. That guy who works( not owner) , I asked little helps to carry our baggages but he avoided that and slowly go inside the house 😕.

Nice, clean and good equipped room. We ask for an additional desk for work and the wish has been granted. AC and wi-fi work fine. Close to small shop, quite close to the beach. Nice pool and a place tos sit and relax in the shadow. A lot of wonderful restaurant around, we've been really glad.

It's close to the road, so you here the traffic if you get the room close to it. The breakfast was monotonous, only instant coffee. There is the kitchen for guests but no cutlery, no kettle, no plates.
