Rooms were lovely spacious, beds very comfy, air con effective, pools were great lots of seating areas and clean. Restaurant staff friendly and chatty. Shuttle to the beach house was excellent though not consistent, to get closer to the beach and use sunbeds there included but limited amount or to walk around the area to browse in the shops. Breakfast was very good though repetitive but lots of choices Sports hall with gym and pool and foosball for kids was great addition. And free to use.

Arrived at check in time but room wasn’t ready till and hour and half later, though could use facilities but everything inside cases, Quiet in evenings, only one night had a show and dinner which was lovely. £11pp not including drinks Some ambiance in the evenings to keep guests in hotel would be good. We ended up eating out in evenings locally with live music.

Superb location for looking into the watersand relaxing. The staff are ever smiling and friendly. They make a genuine effort to connect with you to make your stay memorable. The hotel has a very charming decor that provides several photo op points. The duplex configuration is ideal for families with older kids.

Activities can be slightly far away but the buggie takes you to the sister property that has a nice beach. Both properties put together gives you a wholesome experience. What would help though is increasing the numner of the buggies to avoid wait time for guests.

Nice breakfast buffet, many choices. Two pools, both quite nice and clean. Free pool towels. Nice large room (think we booked a pricier room though). Staff very friendly. Nicely priced spa treatments. The hotel was situated in a quiet area and we felt very safe at the hotel.

There were no towel hooks for face towels in the bathroom. There were no racks to hang up wet towels and bathing clothes anywhere although there was room for it on the balcony. The spa treatments were in general good, but it seemed like the staff may not be trained in e.g. face masks. The head massage just hurt, pulling of the hair more than a massage. Full body massage and foot massage were good though. Restaurant nice but expensive to eat dinner.

We loved the friendly staff who connected with us ( Mahesh, Tharange, Laheroo and Sumitre) and made our stay even nicer. The sound of nature like the crashing waves against the rock by the salt water pool was just stunning. The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the evening performances during dinner time. The family room we stayed in was spacious, bright and very clean. My kids can't stop talking about their great experience at this resort - a family friendly resort.

We loved this hotel! We stayed for our honeymoon and they put a special flower arrangement on the bed for us when we arrived. The room was spacious which we loved. They have 2 pools, a nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a spa that provides a great massage. Highly recommend.

Our room had some drain/plumbing issues that they did not tell us about until our second day when we realised the shower water wasn’t draining. We were slightly unhappy they didn’t tell us about this upfront, however they worked to resolve the issue straight away, which we were happy about.

Secluded from the rest of the busy, loud streets and hotels in Unawatuna that are built next to each other. This Was perfect for the family to have a peaceful holiday. The staff and service were outstanding and always with a big smile. Chef Duminda and staff made sure that the food was delicious 🥳 The spa was great too ! priced very well so you don’t have to think twice about treating yourself. They took very good care of us when my son and I got sick and had to be rushed to Galle hospital for medical treatment the Hotel organised an ambulance 🚑 we were back in the hotel in 3 hours after treatment. It felt like home 🏠.

Parking was the only issue I had with the place but the staff was very helpful and friendly so I can’t complain much.

Good restaurant with nice staff. Great pools with fantastic views. Very spacious accommodation.

I expected more from the front desk; wifi-problems in the room took quite long to be resolved and they were not able to facilitate transport beyond their own vehicles. Not a really big deal. Don’t book this for the kids play room; it was terrible; poor lighting and dead cockroaches; had to ask twice to remove them. That was a bigger deal for me.

The hotel ended at the rocks and the waves beating at it. We got the room right next to the swimming pool to have a wonderful view of the ocean. The lady in the front office was helpful and managed to get our room changed while we didn't like the first one. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the expanse of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the rocks and the waves keep breaking on the rocks just outside your room. We really enjoyed being so close to nature.

The hotel is at the end of Unawatuna, and it gets a little difficult venturing out in the evening/night. While a walk takes you to the hotspots, the approach road is still too dark to navigate after sunset. The menu of the restaurant could have better choice for vegetarians. No great shakes, really...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which had 2 bathrooms and was very spacious, perfect for a family. Two good size swimming pools and a short walk to the beach/main stretch of Unawatuna. The hotel also has a shuttle service to take you to the sister hotel on the beach if you didn’t want to walk. Breakfast was good with omelettes and scrambled eggs cooked fresh to order and a good selection of fruit, cereal etc. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel only had 2 umbrellas, one large one by the smaller pool and then a single umbrella by the bigger pool. Definitely need more to shield you from the scorching heat. We let management know of this on our feedback form and they said they would address this.
