Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful when the airline had lost our luggage, providing us with essentials. Rooms are spacious but no frills (no toiletries or ironing facilities). Breakfast was OK with all the basics needed and everything was replaced quicky. The evening waffles and all day coffee & juice making facilities were the real highlight for us. Also good location, walking distance to city centre and some really nice restaurants on next street. Recommend the trams for exploring further.

I would say you get what you pay for, no thrills but good value for money and overall we would stay again.

Excellent hotel in a great location. 12 min walk from central station this hotel was a fantastic price for us in Gothenburg. 25 min walk to Liseberg front gates. The room was clean and a great size for 4 people. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic, as was the waffle machine that was also available not only at breakfast but also between 4pm and 9pm every day! This was great for a snack after a day out walking 😀 Staff were also very friendly!

The pull out sofa bed wasn't the comfiest and had a rather large dip in the middle of it. I know these are never 100%, but this was particularly uncomfortable. There is no AC in the room, and it did get quite warm even though it was only 20ºc outside. The reception had no fan, but if it was a hot week, then you may struggle. The bathroom was great however as it is a wet room, it can get very slippy as the tiles have no ridges. Could do with something on the floor to help as it was quite dangerous.

The location was perfect, it was near everywhere. And only few minutes from tram station that will get you to the center (one stop). You have to take bus from the airport and the bust stop os only like 10 min walking from the hotel. The breakfast was really good and there was variety of different food to choose from. The room was really clean although right next to the bad there were few stains on the wall🫣. But I guess you can’t really clean that up. I have to worn you that the doors make a lot of noise and sometimes I felt like someone was trying to get inside my room. But it was just the neighbours closing their doors. I would definitely stay there again and mostly cuz of the beds. It was the most cozy and comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I had a hard time getting up every day😊

This hotel is amazing good value. Everything about it was a lot better than you'd be entitled to expect at the price charged. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than what we had at a 4-star later on during the trip. All the staff were lovely. The location is very convenient for the central railway station which also has the airport coach service and lots of tram lines.

There is no air con so if you're there on the rare very hot days, the room will be warm. Also it is right by two major sports and performance venues so it could be that some nights are noisy. It was very quiet while we were there.

Room was very good - everything what you need (bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, table,sockets) Location of hotel is in 12 minutes with feet from the central station. Breakfast. We has everything: bread, from warm - eggs and bacon, fruits and vegetables, milk products with/without lactose, granola/musli, some variants of meat and cheese for sandvich. Coffee/tea you can take all the time from mashine, not only for breakfast. Perfect!

Little bit dirty around (not in the room), would be good if someone clean in cantina with wet clothes not only floor, but all surfaces. On the floors, where are the rooms - this carpet is making view, like dirty. Or it need to wash very good (there are some pattern what have to be lighter, but they are dirty grey color) or to change. It is making very bad view to corridor. But it not so big minuses.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room provided enough space for all four of us. What truly impressed us was the unbeatable price for the quality of accommodation we received. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of vegan options, which was a big plus for us.

One drawback was the distance from some of the places we wanted to visit, such as the Haga district. It required a bit of extra travel time, which was slightly inconvenient. Furthermore, if you arrive late for breakfast, the selection of fruits tends to run out.

Location was easy to find, and close to bus stop and grocery stores. The rooms were small, but comfortable and had all the standard amenities, except tea/coffee station (which is common in hotels these days). Breakfast space was quite nice and clean. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary. On the last day, our flight was a few hours after checkout, but they let us keep our bags at the hotel after checkout, for no extra charges. Really appreciated it.

No major complaints. Slightly more expensive than you'd expect, but it was probably the timing (summer holidays and Coldplay concert).

We had a well sized room with a comfortable bed and a nice bath. The room was clean. The location is good about 10 minutes walk to the city center. The breakfast was good, with some vegan options. There was also a waffle maker, we could use. The staff is also very friendly.

The price for parking is extremely high. I know it is nowhere cheap in Sweden, but one should get a little discount as a guest. We paid 82€ for the room and 200 SEK for the outdoor parking spot behind the hotel. The shower curtain was not good. A lot of water leaked through it.

Great place to stay, I liked really that one can use kitchen and get tea/coffee, with cookies/waffles any time a day. it was a bid advantage. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed my stay. it seems to be high quality hotel, but not ideal one. as there were some small details, that reveals not attentive attitude.

That it was cleaned not 100 percent, there were some dirty fingerprints on toilet, and a push button on shower handle for adjusting temperature was broken. I get used to have one short towel and one long, there were only two short, One of them I wanted to change, so I laid it on the floor, as it was said in instruction, but the towel was ignored by cleaners, so they did not change it and left it lying on the floor. it is unacceptable, but they were cleaning bathroom, as they removed that fingerprints from the toilet spoiler.

Everything was perfect. I can't give enough positive points/stars. I loved the breakfast buffet, the friendly staff and especially the evening All-You-Can-Eat waffle buffet. That's a really nice and cheap option for spending a relaxed evening without going out. My room was perfectly clean and the bed very comfortable. I would love to recommend this hotel to everyone!
