Close proximity to the station.

I arrived late at night and left early in the morning to catch a train. The night staff at reception, very kindly arranged for a breakfast pack, which I could pick up on my way to the station, I saw her enter my details and preferences on a list she had on the reception desk. The next morning, the person on duty at the reception desk expressed no knowledge of this information. He tried to steer me to their early breakfast sitting. This was of course no use to me, as I had an early train to catch. Which was the reason for the breakfast pack in the first place. It appears to me there is a serious lack of communication between the night and morning staff, I don’t believe this is good for the image of the hotel.

The location was quite central, and conveniently right next to the train station. The breakfast was good, though serving olive oil along with the raw vegetables would be a nice touch. Also having almond milk instead of, or in addition to oat milk would be nice for people who don’t use dairy milk. Finally, serving regular (non gluten-free) raw oats would be a nice alternative to your muesli.

For some inexplicable reason, my room was not tied/cleaned during one of my days staying at the hotel. I went down to the front desk that evening to complain, and the person in the reception asked if I’d like to have my room cleaned immediately that evening, to which I answered yes. Soon thereafter a cleaning person came up to my room and did a very brief (and not very thorough) tidying-up, which was at least a nice gesture. I also felt that much of the (cleaning and breakfast) staff had very inadequate language skills. That is an area the hotel could improve on.

Excellent position to catch a train or the bus to the airport by simply going down the stairs, with many convenience stores in the train station itself or in the large mall right across the street. Perfect soundproofing for a quiet night sleep. Large room, heated bathroom floor, mattresses rather soft, but not a major problem. Rich breakfast selection. Good and stable wi-fi.

Clean overall, but the floors didn't seem to have been swept recently. The double bed consisted in fact of two single mattresses, which I had to keep repositioning; not a deal breaker, just something to consider.

Overall, the hotel is a perfect place to stay in Gothenburg for a business trip. It's located right at the Railway station, so it's a 5-min walk when you arrive from the airport by bus. The rooms are comfortable, with a good internet connection, the breakfast is diverse and delicious, a small gym I enjoyed using, and a spa.

I stayed at the third floor and the room had no windows, the glass wall was facing a big conference hall and other rooms across it. I had to keep curtains shut and even with them open the room was very dark. While the hotel is very pleasant overall, I gave it less points for this dark room experience that was somewhat depressing. The mattresses are also too soft, my back hurt after, but this is a matter of personal preference, the beds looked new and well taken care of

The room was very comfortable, good shower, reasonable view over the rooftops from the 5th floor. Oddly, very few restaurants were open in Gothenburg on Sunday so we dined in the hotel and the food was very good. Breakfast was very good with a good choice available. When booking, we were a bit worried that, as the hotel is over Central Station, it might have been noisy - we need not have worried as it was very quiet and we didn't hear any trains!

The bed and pillows were a bit soft for my liking and we couldn't shut the air con off which was a bit noisy.

Very comfortable two single beds attached as a double bed. Spacious room, very fresh air despite not opening the window, as, as our room had a window on an internal space. Great breakfast buffet with good choice, including some vegan options. Possibility to store the baggage when checking-out. The hotel is located inside the train station, so it's super practical.

The room had a window with view on an internal area of the building. It was ok since we only used the room to sleep, but be aware that not all rooms have a window with city view. You might hear some of the announcements from the train station depending on where your room is.

I really was positively surprised by this hotel. Perfect location (at the Central Station). Very comfortable room. I asked for a quiet room and (for the most part) I think my wishes were granted. Breakfast was really nice. Staff was nice. And I really enjoyed the late check-out options, since my flight back home was only late in the afternoon.

You could hear the steps of the people above my room. But it was not that bad. You cannot open the windows for fresh air (At least I couldn't). The breakfast room is really crowded. Prices were higher than normal (I have the comparision of two weeks prior).

The location by the railway station couldn't be better for anyone travelling in to Gothenburg by train. We had a very quiet room on the sixth floor and slept well all night. The beds are very comfortable with crispy clean white sheets. Tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of lighting including a dimmable light over the curtains. The bathroom was clean, great smelling wash products by Rituals (shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, hand wash but no body moisturiser. The breakfast is superb; great choice of hot and cold items including grilled bacon, sausages, baked beans, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fried potatoes, charcuterie, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, fruits, breads, pastries, coffee, tea and juices. So good! Easy check out. Great value for money. We choose this hotel when we stay in Gothenburg for it's continuing great value for money and easy access for shopping and the station.

A personal preference of moisturiser in the bathrooms but other than that, nothing!

Wonderful quiet room, actually more quiet than any other hotel room I have been in due to the sound insulation (our window was towards to street). Nice breakfast with everything you could need (loved the ginger shots) and friendly and efficient staff cleaning the tables etc. Great with the parking price reduction, plenty of parking. Liked the somewhat odd but also cute integration into the central station with train departure announcements etc when outside the room; true travel feeling.

Nothing to complain about.

Very nice and helpful staff (either at the reception or the restaurant or the housekeeping staff), tasty breakfasts with a great choice of foods, ideal location if you arrive by train and leave by plane as the hotel is situated right next to the railway and bus stations, spacious and clean room.

There was too little daylight in the room because of the untypical construction of the building: rooms face each other and not the street that's why it's very dark inside even during the daytime which can be quite depressing if you stay in for the day. It was a little too hot in the room, we tried to adjust the heating but it didn't work that much. The double bed was in fact two single beds put together and there wasn't a common mattress, so it wasn't very comfortable. The pillows were too small and too soft even if there were two per person.
