This is a small hotel, just without reception. It's an old building in a residential area. The room and the common spaces are cozy and spotless clean. The location is excellent: 15 minutes walk to the center, and a tram stop nearby if you rather use public transportation. The check-in/out procedure is straightforward. The hotel is extremely quiet: I did not hear a single noise from other rooms or from the road. All in all, I truly enjoyed the stay.

My room was quite small and -in particular- there was not a free surface where I could e.g. open my bag. No table, no chair. I had to stack my thing on top of the refrigerator. This was not a major problem for me, as it was a short stay and I basically just slept there. If I had needed to organize more stuff or do work with a laptop, I would have lacked the space. If you need space, make sure you book a room that suits your needs.

LOVED the rooms (we had 2 apartments for our family of 5 adults - in the second apartment the girls took the bed and my teenage son slept on top of the sofa)- just the right amount of space for our family. Great decorations, large bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood - we could open the windows for the cool air in August nights without having to worry about loud parties or even passers by. No issues with being hot without A/C! Very relaxing and peaceful. Super comfy beds too! Great location close to the train/bus to head to the Branno ferry! Also, there were plenty of food options and shopping close by. Of all the places we stayed in Denmark and Sweden (5) during our week stay this was the best! We would definitely stay here again!!

I would have loved to have been a little closer to Haga as there is a steep hill to traverse in getting back home - but in all honestly the quiet sleeping with the open windows was more than worth the unexpected workout (-;

Peaceful surrounds in the neighbourhood. Nice decor, exceptional layout including share kitchen in such good condition. Uncluttered space, clean, laundry facilities.

The building is not suited to children who are loud, as it was easy to hear shrieking and hallway/stair running through the walls. My unit had a terrible smell intermittently in the bathroom, which was like sewage. I finally traced it, I think, to the shower curtain. I tried to book parking by email three times but no messages were ever returned. I expect there wasn't availability, but a reply would have been nice.

Beautiful, well-maintained building in a quiet residential area around 25 mins walk from the centre. We had a 2-bed apartment on the top floor, which was small but fine for a short stay and had everything we needed. We didn't use the shared kitchen as we had our own cooking facilities but the shared kitchen was clean and well-presented, with a dining table. The beds were super comfortable and we weren't disturbed by any noise. My husband left his phone behind after we checked out and the manager, Kathy, was really helpful in making sure he was reunited with it.

The main bedroom has no door or curtain and the bed directly faces where the door should be so there is no privacy, especially as the single bedroom (which has a curtain) is directly opposite. We couldn't work out why it was open in this way. It also meant that all the light from the kitchen window came into the room in the early hours, which didn't make for a good night's sleep. After the first night, we asked the lovely and very helpful cleaning lady if anything could be done about the light from the kitchen window, and when we came home from our day, a temporary blind had been put up, which we appreciated.

Added hidden costs. We specifically chose this accommodation because of the baby cot. On booking it was very clear the baby would not pay more and we selected the baby cot. Then one day before arrival we got asked to pay extra for it and when refused showing the booking reservation we were denied the extra bed. Automatic lights in the bathroom is the most annoying thing I've ever experienced. When one needs to use the toilet at night one cannot avoid being flashed by the strongest light. There is absolutely no staff at the house and before we arrived the contact person did not reply to our emails the entire day and had to call. Only after several calls we managed to understand where to park (another additional cost service)

Location. Easy to get to all locations where I had to be. The studio room was well appointed. Linens changed every 5 days. Well equipped do it yourself breakfast room. After you have been to the supermarket and back, which was not for me.

The winding very narrow stairs easy to fall. Checking in; no one there. I was lucky someone was changing linens and they let me in and gave me a key otherwise I don't know what I would have done. They also told me that I was not in Building 9 as booked but #7.

I appreciated the clarity of communication and ease checking in and out. The location was easy to get to by tram, with a regularly serviced stop a short walk away, and within easy walking distance of the Haga district and Skansenkronan, which are well worth a visit. Plenty of good, affordable food in the immediate vicinity.

The room was on the smaller side, but that was what I expected and as listed. It's not located right downtown, which could be a plus or a minus, but does require transportation to get to easily from the train station.

Quiet location very close to Haga (5-10 minutes walk) and the city, close to the tram connected to the train station and in proximity of a lot of public bikes and scooters drop off points. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, TV was working fine and easy to cast from your own devices. The shared kitchen was spacious, clean and not too busy when we were there, and we appreciated having our own mini fridge in our room.

Not a complaint, more of a suggestion! It would be nice it the kitchen was stocked with essentials since most people are only there for a brief stay (i.e. salt, oil, dishwasher tablets...) and a little coffee/tea station would be a lovely touch.

+ Location is great, and the room feels like an overall good accommodation, space enough for a dobleroom. + Rooms have TV with google chromecast, which a very appreciated extra! Also kettle and te is included in the room which are a plus. + Overall good stay, would come again.

- My main complain would be about the shared kitchen. Unfortunately, often people do not clean after themselves, which is not the property's fault of course, but maybe having someone come twice a week to take care of kitchen cleaning would be appreciated. In the end I only used the kitchen for a small breakfast every morning for this reason. - A coffe-pods machine is available but no pods are included, whereas on the other hand, ground coffee is available but no moka pot or drip-coffe machine is available to use it. - Also, maybe the room could a bit cleaner, but that's a minor thing.

Nice bedroom with a comfortable bed and lovely Scandinavian design. Clean environment, located not too far from the city center and Chalmers university. Close to a rental bike station, convenient for quick daily commutes.

Not super well-connected by tram to city and universities, only one tram line is very close and when it rains hard you will still get drenched trying to get there. The blinds could be a bit better at blocking out the light; it gets very bright in the mornings during the summer months.
