It was classy and cozy. The staff was really nice ,we were welcomed with Erica and wow is made our day perfect.In the morning at the breakfast the staff were keeping checking if everything was fine and refilling our coffee cups.

The place was a bit dusty oooh my God!Our room was so dusty and i'm allergic to dust 🙊.The elevator was also dusty .We understand that the hotel is near the main road but please make effort to dusty the room before the guest check in.Our room was not used for years i guess hahaha so it had an unpleasant feeling/smelling especially the bathroom.We recommend to open the widows and taps and showers for some minutes to refresh the room .Also we noticed you don't change the purple covers for the pillows it was so dusty and it's not OK and hygiene.

it is dirty, especially the bathroom. the towels look old and the white is not white anymore. Although good cosmetics, almost impossible to use them as the liquid will not flow.

we had a false fire alarm at 1am one night but it as very orderly, and the police and hotel staff handed out blankets & pillows while we waited outside.

Beautiful historic hotel in central Helsingborg. Nicely furnished rooms and pleasant décor. A diverse and fresh breakfast buffé with a spacious restaurant.

There was often a lot of foot traffic in the entry way/front desk and outside was often double parked cars with drop-off and pick-ups. Scaffolding and remodeling added to the congestion.

Spacious room, super friendly staff that left the cutest Happy Birthday note for my birthday. Really good breakfast and the location could not be better.

Better shower curtain for the bathroom would be desired.

Quirky hotel with unusual corridors and stairs but in very good decorative condition. Buffet breakfast incredibly good. Staff consistently helpful. Great location near to some great restaurants.

Location of the hotel was great and atmosphere of the hotel nice.

Breakfast was very challenging. Small breakfast area which was overcrowded. The prebooking was clearly not working and not enforced.

The breakfast was excellent. Very fresh and tasty fruits were availabel. The souroundings are perfect for walks - near by the sea and closely to restaurants and shops.

Very friendly staff. Nice room and very nice breakfast.

If I have to mention something the bathroom could have been a little nicer. But not a dealbreaker. It’s a very nice hotel and I’m very pleased!
