The hotel has an excellent location in the city centre. If you are arriving by car, please find out the correct driveway in advance. The navigation sometimes does not guide you correctly. Parking is available in an underground garage about 50m from the hotel. I recommend making a reservation in advance. Some of the spaces in the garage were a little tight but it wasn't a big deal. Big cars can be a bit of a problem though. It's a lot like parking in underground garages in shopping malls. The cost of parking is 240 SEK/day. I really appreciated the small fridge in the room and the coffee and tea pot. The bathroom was spacious, well lit with a large shower. The staff was absolutely excellent, kind and friendly. Breakfast super, really plenty of everything including eggs, great fresh bread, fruit. Seating could have been a bit more, but if you go early for breakfast, no problem finding a seat. Maybe arranging the tables differently would have helped. WiFi worked without any problems.

Slightly higher price for parking in underground garages.

The 2nd room offered / given to us was fantastic! We were in room 17, which is located in the building across from the check-in / front desk building. Again, room 17 - -book THAT room. It's HUGE, great view, totally quiet even though it's on the main street and has a great view of the park across the way. The hotel is in a great location and public transportation is close - - although we use public a lot, we opted to walk everywhere. Breakfast was great, dinner was just ok - one main entree is offered, so if you don't like it you'll have to go elsewhere and pay - which is a bummer to your budget. I've seen it touted as 'First Class' - I don't agree with that at all, but I would definitely stay again!

1st room provided was terrible. It was located in the same building with the check-in desk. It was directly across from the elevator, really small and there was a leak in the bathroom that had the whole floor covered in water. They offered to send up a repair man, but most travelers are tired & just want to settle in - -not have someone in their room & making noise. Luckily - and it was lucky - the cleaning crew were in action, so we saw right away that they pile all cleaning / restock materials right by our door. NO THANK YOU. Seriously, we could barely get into our room. Staff was super nice about everything and accommodate our request to switch rooms - which we lucked out on (again) because it was great!

Great welcome and offered me different room options as I was coming with baby in pram. I liked the simple foot buffet offered in the evening so I didn't have to go out at night. Breakfast was good too. I liked the size of my room and that I could open the window for fresh air.

Access to reception was up stairs which was a bit difficult when I arrived with a pram but staff were helpful after that. The bathroom was quite outdated but the water pressure was very good and there were warm towels which I like in the colder months.

Everything fabulous. We stayed one night on our way through to Rügen and wished we’d stayed more. Friendly and helpful staff, big and very comfortable room, and great value for money. Much variety at breakfast, and lovely dinner included at weekdays. One of the Ekman Swedish hotels which we’ll be booking with again.

Slightly difficult to get up the steps from the street to reception, but we have some mobility issues (!) . It didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was like an old hotel in France..a certain decadence which we liked. The parking (once the app was downloaded) was cheap and easy. The young lady on the desk was also very efficient and in a very pleasant way. We were in Helsingborg in order to visit Louisiana Museum in Denmark. The hotel was perfectly situated for the ferry.

You normally get a log on password in the room, so I missed the fact that it was in the lift. The breakfast was OK...by that I mean 'good', but there could have been more choice and quality...like no Italian ham We had to have our coffee out of paper cups as no other cups/mugs (apart from small ones) were available..we were a bit late down. also the layout of the breakfast table could have been better. There are 2 lounges where you can take breakfast. The one at street level is very good, the one on the mezzanine floor was a bit second rate. (We had to take the mezzanine).

My stay at this hotel was awesome! The staff was super friendly, and it felt like they genuinely cared about our comfort. Our room was huge and super comfy, with all the cool facilities we could ask for. I'd totally recommend this place for a great and relaxing stay!"

Overall, I had a good time at this hotel, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say they could step up their breakfast game. It's not terrible, but it could be tastier. Still, that didn't stop me from having a pretty awesome stay!

Everything was perfect! Central location near all the beautiful sights and many restaurants. Clean and comfortable room with minibar, tea and coffee facilities. Comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Hotell Stadsparken is a warm peaceful oasis after a day walking around! I've stayed in Helsingborg many times but from now on, I'm only coming back to Stadsparken!

Clean room with everything you need for a short stay. Friendly staff. Just 3 minutes to the central train station. Decent breakfasts and dinners.

The room was across the street from the reception and the restaurant, hence a need to go outside to get there. Either of the two available wi-fi networks didn't work well. The room needs an additional light at the entry area (where the mirror is).

Very good location and close to the train station. Breakfast and supper were simple but nice. Room was small, however all the amenities you expect in a hotel room were present. Everything was neat and clean.

The only remark I have is that the desk in the room was a bit small and the bathroom could receive a small update.

Location to the main railway station, it was a 5 minute walk. In addition, the main attractions were also a short stroll away. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Helsingborg.

A little disappointed that the bedding/towels weren't changed during my 3 night stay.
