It was a big beautiful room with a great view over the canal and close to the train station, great location, and breakfast at Ruth’s, one of the best restaurants in the area

The big windows let in light even with the shades down particularly the last night when up lighting the windows on the building stayed on all night for some reason. There were also some people who got locked out of their room or didn’t get the codes necessary, though we didn’t have this problem.

Travel weary at the end of our two month trip, we were delighted to find such a comfortable, elegant accommodation. The spacious room was filled with light, and quiet, with a lovely view of the canal. We slept soundly on a premium hotel bed. Breakfast, at nearby Ruth’s was delicious - they even make their own granola. An excellent memory of this intriguing city.

The hotel was newly opened under new management so we experienced some minor glitches

Staff at the reception and even housekeepers were exceptional! So polite, welcoming, and genuinely trying to help and give best experience possible. I would come back only for the way we’ve been welcomed and taken care of.

Maybe because of the fact that hotel has been just reopened after the renovation, there were several details in the room that felt like haven’t been thought through. For the price tag of the night stay, I would expect better surroundings for guests’ comfort.

Friendly, quirky and home from home!!

Breakfast , limited choice . Ask for 2nd cup of coffee and told you have to buy it!! At 150kr I think that’s alittle mean , but rescued by Antionette as she offered us to go to Ruth's Cafe very close by and was very different breakfast experience I would 100% recomend.... Well done Antionette and your friendly team :))))))

Stellar staff. Friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming and breakfast is delicious. Bed is very comfortable. A Duxiana! Location is amazing. The area is quiet, in a nice way. 5 minutes from the Central Station ie a train ride away from CPH, the Copenhagen airport. Also, plenty of nice eateries and parks a few steps or minutes away from the hotel.

We were unfortunately in town over a holiday and the dining room and the bar felt a bit quieter than we would have liked it to be.

Amazing design throughout, from the absolutely incredible bed through the chairs and sumptuous lighting making it both cozy and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and easy accessible with all the amenities you need; coffee machine, internet and TV, two amazing lounge chairs and again light that works but also provides that comfort you want when away. A boutique hotel that doesn't only sell you a room, but actually sell you a great nights sleep... but what to expect from the makers of the best bed in the world! The location is fantastic, walking distance from the main train station (even with your luggage) with trains to Copenhagen Airport departing every 30 min or so. The city center is just around the corner and the hotel is on the corner of Master Johan street with great wine bars, restaurants and shops. The breakfast in the hotel was superb, very peaceful and also tasty as I imagine the lunch and dinner to be as well. With the staff welcoming and helpful, making the stay personal, this is the hotel I will make my home whenever I'm in Malmo!

So, if I should pick on something it would be the wardrobe or the lack of one in the room I had. It's a space issue in an old building that has been converted, so fully understand this and the hotel has added hooks at the entry for your jackets and a coat hanger with hangers in the room for shirts. A slight smell in the bathroom from a plumbing issue, but the hotel is looking into it.

Building is an old one with ongoing restaruation. Room was huge with a good view riverside. Despite being downtown the room was very quite.

I was not expecting being supposed to walk outside to go for brekfast, I was explained that it's due to renewal, will not last long.

The restaurant; the chef, a woman, is very innovative, healthy but tasty food oriented and very efficient, the table service was very good as well. The people as a whole and particularly the concierge was very good and pleasant.

My room was really too small (for the rate charged) and have no wardrobe; just a not so convenient coat hanger. The bathroom (very exiguous as well) needs more shelves. The room needs a sheer curtain to improve its privacy.

Tastefully decorated hotel and very comfortable rooms. The team is helpful and welcoming. I needed a room with a desk and they were happy to accommodate me. It's a boutique hotel (each room is different). It would be helpful if you are specific upon booking if you need something specific. Breakfast is awesome! I really like that they have a breakfast menu and cook upon request so it's not wasteful.

Very friendly welcome (even though I arrived after 11pm). Nice breakfast and I was offered gluten free options without asking (as they had clearly read my request on the booking. Lovely hotel.

If I had been trying to work in my room, the chair was not great, but I did not need to sit for a long time
