Great location, good facilities, easy check in/ check out, there was coffee available in the room itself which was highly appreciated

Our studio was on the ground floor facing an inner yard. The windows were blurred in order to prevent people passing around watching inside :) so not a lot of natural light

The location is superb! Right across the street from the HIlton in a fun and vibrant neighbourhood, as well as close to the old town. I walked most places or took the subway which is very easy to negotiate. The facilities were spanking clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive. They provided detailed and explicit directions instructions for loction and entry which was particulary appreciated as I arrived at night and it was a little more difficult to find. Easy keyless entry.

Beware that there is no lift/elevator so you need to be able to manage four flights of stairs for this to work for you. I could do it but if you have a lot of luggage it could be problematic for some. Otherwise no complaints.

It was fantastic. There was literealy everything we needed. Big, nice, warm bathroom, fully equiped kitchen ( even tea, and coffe, not just the machines), nice bedroom, quiet place in the busy center. we could not hear any noise from the street or from other rooms. ( it is under construction now, but we havent seen or heard anything of it) If I say there was fully equiped, I mean totally fully... Everything you could wish. Excellent communication, easy access with codes, spotless clean, quiet apartman, comfortable and big, close to everthing.

For my taste the bed was too soft, and I prefer close the bedrooms door, but there was no door on it. but I know it's me, maybe it's not important for others.

It was very cozy, comfy, and clean. It had everything you might need, even for an extended stay. The location is perfect and well connected with the rest of the city, even if you want to walk and not use the metro or other public transport. We heard no noise in the apartment, although construction was happening nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Unfortunatly the walls were quite thin, and a locked emergency exit door was just next to our bed which was really weird. The door connected our apartment with the next one(different entrance). We heard each other whenever we were in our apartments at the same time. Also, the entire hallway on that floor(in front of the door) was covered with piles of filled laundry bags and smelled terrible. Luckily none of that smell was noticeable in the apartment.

Location was fantastic. Close to bars and restaurants, walking distance to many attractions and the metro and ferry at your doorstep. Comfortable, clean and cozy.

We had an early flight on our last morning and didn't realise the city holds a huge New Years fire work event. This was only a negative for us as we needed to get some sleep. Had we not had the flight it would have been a bonus! So recommend a stay here for a great new years atmosphere! A smart TV would also be a great addition. As we can't speak the local language, being able to log into our streaming services would have been fantastic.

It was an excellent price for the central and good location that the place has. It felt cozy and spacious enough for 3 people as we were. We thought it was gonna be noisy during the night because it is close to a crowded area, but it was quiet most of the time actually. It was really good in general for the 3 nights we spent here, and the owner was very kind and had a good communication during our stancy. Would come again !

The only thing we didn't like is that at least in the apartment we stayed at, the separatiom between the 2 rooms was not what we were expecting. We think it would be better if there was a full wall in between instead for more privacy.

The apartment was in a converted historical stone building with an interesting past. The amenities were attractive & comfortable. The location was fantastic being very close to Old Town, numerous restaurants and shops & public transport including an on-off bus stop. The small kitchen was useful and the bathroom facilities were very good with a spacious and high quality shower. Laundry facilities were very handy.

The light dimmer system was a bit tricky. The pillow top on the bed was comfortable but needs to be fixed in place somehow as it moved about a little. Larger bath towels would be nice.

The location was amazing, very easy to go from there to any of the major landmarks of the city! The apartment is lovely, small but warm and cosy. Beds were great, the kitchen has everything including cutlery, plates, pans and even cleaning products and kitchen towels -which is always really appreciated. Bathroom was really nice too, with shower gel, hand wash and even conditioner provided. Shower pressure was great too! The apartment was very clean, and the access was really easy -pin codes and no keys needed! The owners were always in touch with us, so if we had any doubts, they replied to us easily. Would definitely recommend it!

Very well located. The apartment was very clean and had a homely look. Although there is no contact at check in, the property is very responsive via the Messaging application. They were kind, very professional and listened to our comments about some noise in the unit at the entrance of the property.

The cleaning staff dragged noisy bins very early in the morning, twice during the stay. Unit 4 on the ground could hear everything. It sounded the staff could try to do it in a less noisy manner and ideally at a later time instead of at 6:30 am. However, this might not be under the control of the provider and would only affect the units right at the entrance of the building

Great location and nice area. Apartment well appointed. Clean and nice facilities with good use of space. Didn’t use kitchen but looks great set up and tea and coffee available. Great communication by host. Construction close by however we were out all day so weren’t aware of it. Host had also pre warned us but wasn’t an issue. Ear plugs provided! Nearby to trains, buses. Able to open window for fresh air.

Noisy when neighbouring hotel emptying glass bottles at 6am. We both found pillows very soft but that was genuinely our only negative of property.
