A very nice hotel with excellent staff! Our room was right over the bridge on top of the road, and our view of the city was superb! Everything was comfortable, clean and perfect for a couple. The morning buffet was really good and with great variety, and again the staff was absolutely polite and helpful. The same goes for the receptionists at the front desk, they were always friendly and ready to help us with everything. Also, the location is perfect, we could walk everywhere, everything of interest is close by. All in all, we had a great stay and we will choose the hotel again.

It's a minor thing, but there were no slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. It wasn't a big inconvenience, but for a Hilton hotel one would assume these are expected toiletries to be provided for the guests.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great! Location superb!

Ask for a free upgrade (since I booked 2 rooms with a view but was given rooms without a view). They said they only had 1 room available. But the following day I asked again they did have 2 rooms available but had to pay $50 per room per night. Really disappointed that they did not honor a free upgrade.

There was no smart TV in our room (with the view) which was pretty weird on my opinion on 5* hotel .. only local channels were able to watch .

The property was beautiful. Its location is perfect for everything and the view out of the Breakfast room was a delight. It will be absolutely gorgeous once all the roadworks and building work on the surrounding areas is complete. Cant wait to see what it looks like once it's done. Breakfast was second to none. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was spotlessly clean. The cleaners were exceptional. Loved it!! Will definitely be back here again.

Our room was on the ground level and opposite offices which meant we had to keep our curtains closed all the time otherwise people could see in from the offices and from people walking past. I will try and make sure that we are on a higher level next time or pay for an upgrade to have a room overlooking the water.

Breakfast was good. Location is good near Slussen metro station. Safe in the room was big enough for my laptop. Shower cabinet does not leak water outside.

The information in the slip given with key card and the sheet printed out for me in the reception about WiFi log in were contradictory and both of them did not correspond to situation when I tried to connect internet at third floor, room 3006. The log in page seemed to ask for my name and room number and charge me about internet use. There was no option to click special code button the slip hinted. Somehow I managed to get in without accepting the charges and at reception they confirmed that nothing was charged. I was wondering if the WiFi I was connecting was real one as it was Hilton Honors and not HiltonHonors as it was printed in the both paper guides given to me, but apparently it was the real one.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough and had sound-proof windows, which was great. I do not have any critics about the room. Room was surprisingly quiet. First I got a room on the second floor, but had a gym right under and the gym noises (weights hitting the floor) arrived to my room. I asked a change and it was kindly done and on the 7th floor it was quiet. Hotel has amazing views and the best location one could have in Stockholm!

Around 8 in the morning (some morning before) the stuff moved with trolley with glasses/bottles/dishes in the corridor and it made so much noise that woke me up.

I can't find any reason to complain. I arrived early on a weekday and they were able to find me a room. The front desk staff were all excellent- I didn't encounter any who weren't friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was a burned out lightbulb at the desk. and it speaks to the quality of the staff. I called the front desk and she told me she'd let her colleague know but it might be a few minutes because it was in the evning and she was alone at the desk. The colleague knocked on my door about 5 minutes later, checked, and was back with a new bulb in about 10 minutes. Very quick. I had no problem with the shower or bathroom as they were spotless and worked great (some complained that the shower is dangerous and has a step up- it is not dangerous and it is a small step- quite a sensible design and laughable that one would complain about it). Someone else complained in a review that the business center should be open later for Americans. That's just embarassing. The internet works so well that you can do anything you need from your room if it involves using the internet. Lastly, the housekeeping staff were some of the best I've encountered. Great attention to detail.

The only negative is the inability to plug my device into the TV using an HDMI cable. That is becoming pretty common and I was surprised this wasn't possible.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, being in close proximity to the train station and within walking distance to popular areas. This convenience greatly enhanced our overall stay. The staff, particularly those managing the breakfast buffet, were exceptional. Their friendliness and attentiveness added a positive touch to our mornings.

Unfortunately, we encountered a significant issue with the room temperature. Despite maxing out the heating settings, the room remained uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. This detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of our time in the hotel.

Just 15 mins from central train station and 5 mins from the old town. The room was so small and the toilet furniture so old, but it was okay for a solo traveller. The view from the breakfast place was amazing. Breakfast was great!

For a four star hotel with a lot of building in it’s possession, the sauna and the fitness area could have been better. Don’t know if they have other type of rooms, but the one I’ve got (the queen room) was okay for only one person, two might have been fighting for where to pass.

Not much. The only thing I can think of were the heavy lids of the cast iron kettles for baked tomatoes and beans in the breakfast buffet. They were a bit challenging to manage with one hand when you have your plate in the other hand.
