Good value for money. Room was very big and comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

I arrived with 4 large suitcases and staff didn’t help me, just referred to a trolley which I couldn’t fit all the suitcases on.

clean, large room. great value for money considering other places in Stockholm. Spa (not included in stay price) is great and feels luxury. A lot of food in breakfast, plenty of options. Bed is comfy.

No shelves in the closet, and not nearly enough comfortable place for clothing for 2 people. No electricity slot on one of the bed sides, only on a single side. some variety in the breakfast during the week could have been nice - fresh berries for example. The shower head did not stay in place.

I really had a great stay, the staff in the night who checked me in was really very courteous, he was also able to give me key recommendations around Stockholm and ensured that my stay is pleasant and comfortable as a single woman traveller. It was my first time in the hotel and in the city. I really like the person who checked me in as her was exceptionally courteous and really willing to help. Also the room was really spacious and ventilated, this is really good.

The lady who checked me out should be more courteous, there was not so much rush and I asked for some items like water bottle etc which was not given. Also the breakfast should be improved a lot :)

I requested a quiet room and request has been mentioned when I arrived and was completed to my full satisfaction. Breakfast is fabulous and restaurant is nice. Staff is very friendly. British Pub in the facility which is also nice. A lot of restaurants nearby and Odenplan station less than 5 minutes walk.

Well similar to other scandic hotels it's a little bit old and bathroom could be refurbished. However in terms of pricing it's on of the hotels you can't complain as the price for Stockholm is still one of the best and you get all what you need.

Nice hotel, location is good even if it's a bit off from center. Good connection with commuter train or subway. The area is nice and quiet with some good restaurants, groceries and coffee shops . Deluxe room is super nice, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is great, with many different choices.

The superior room is not that nice at all, or we got one of the simpler one, no continental bed. First night sleep was not good at all, not many hours of sleep, the bed are to soft and when turning you wake-up your partner. Luckily the staff was very help full and we got a up-grade to Deluxe.

The room was cosy, with lots of useful items such as hangers (many), shoe-horn, sockets everywhere, a mini-fridge and tea set, even an ironing board and iron! Everything that might be useful when travelling was there. The bed was super comfortable, the toilet big with a spacious shower... Just perfect.

It got really hot in the room when the sun hit the windows, and there was no air conditioning (as in most Swedish hotels and apartments). But well, that's Swedish buildings' insulation + climate change... It was enough to open the windows to go back to normal temperatures. Not sure how it is in the summer though.

The breakfast here is the best i have had at a hotel with a very wide range of cooked and cold options, savoury and sweet. The gym is also very good with a wide range of machines, weight and studio for floor exercises. Generally very quiet in the room. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Close to a bus stop where the Airport bus stops. Not far from the commuter rail station. Haga park nearby. Restaurants nearby.

During the spring and summer months the sun is very bright, the bedroom windows had blackout curtains but the bathroom doesn't and it had a glass door so enough light came through to wake us up early. Some rooms are a bit cramped so check the size when booking.

I recently stayed at your establishment and wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience. I had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel! Firstly, your staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect - I was able to easily explore the city and access many attractions. The hotel itself was excellent as well. The facilities were well-maintained, my room was clean and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such a great experience. I look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.

I found that the shower head did not provide strong water pressure. In addition to this I did have some concerns about the bathroom glass in bathroom. Specifically, the glass did not appear to have been designed properly to protect water from coming out while taking a shower. I found that the bathroom floor would become quite wet after a shower, which was both inconvenient and potentially hazardous. I believe that making improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Nice room (small, the bed was single - but it's enough for 1 person). Clean, comfortable. All the facilities included. Shelf in the bathroom to put all your belongings (not always the case - so it's a plus for me). The breakfasts were good enough. There is a supermarket nearby. 10 minutes of walking to the bus stop or metro (different options depending on where you need to go).

Very crowded breakfasts, queues to hot dishes and drinks, not enough seating space. A price is a bit too high for location not in downtown and for a single room.

Very kind and quick reception. Breakfast included although I didn’t use the breakfast because I slept in 😁 I was happy to see a good iron and ironing board and hangers in the room + electric kettle + tea bag etc. The USB outlet next to bed was very handy.

I stayed here for 3 night during the New Year. The only thing that I wished would have been better was the heating in the room. Despite the two radiators on max, the room was still slightly cold but to be fair, I was there during the coldest time of the year and the slightly cold temperature in the room was not at all unbearable. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future.
