Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice staff, great breakfast. Restaurants and supermarket near by. A little far from the city center to walk more than once, but several scooters were available right in front of the hotel doors. Bus transfer from/to the airport (Flygbussarna airport coaches) stops at Norra Stationsgatan, which is pretty close to the hotel.

I love that the front desk greeted the guests in the morning when they are going down for breakfast. The heated floors in the bathroom were a real gift! I loved that i got to try some Swedish food during breakfast. The Sauna was one of my favourites although I only got to use it once because it was booked at times when I felt like I needed it. The staff was helpful and the cleaners were very polite. I loved the glögg that they served on Christmas day.

They could work on the variety of the breakfast. I stayed there for 16 days so I noticed that the selection was pretty much the same except for the köttbullar and sausages that they changed up every other day.

Excellent hotel from all points of view, I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Stockholm. Location: very good, 2 minutes walk from the bus and 5 minutes from the subway (Stockholm's urban network is widespread, fast and connects everything very well). It is located in a quiet and well-kept area, a short distance from the center and a stone's throw from a well-stocked supermarket. Room: clean, spacious, bright and above all very quiet, comfortable bed and parquet on the floor, I hate hotels with carpeted floors, for me it was perfect. Kind and helpful staff. Breakfast: I travel a lot and I have to say that this hotel's breakfast is by far the best I've had over the years. An extraordinary variety of sweet and savoury, excellent food quality, and I finally found fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies, a healthy treat for those who, like me, don't drink coffee or milk

Quite noisy. Floors in the hallway seem to be wooden, so you can hear everyone walking down the hallway.

I liked that the room was very spacious. There was a kettle in the room which I used for boiling tea water a lot. Although my room was very close to the elevator I didn't experience any issues with the loud sounds apart from maybe one time but even then it was at about 22:30, and nothing afterwards. The air conditioner was working very mildly which was nice so the temperature was comfortable. There is an ICA store in the same building so I could buy some snacks. One could also buy some food there, they serve pizza and some other dishes. The hotel is very close to the other central streets, so one can find food or shopping opportunities close by. I wouldn't say that lobby is very convenient to work in, but as long as are still checked-in the table and the chair in the room are not bad.

The breakfast was very mediocre in terms of variety. At 7:00 there was always shortage of coffee: there was a sign 'coffee is brewing' on the pot all the time. Is it so expensive to buy a second pot so that one can be used while the coffee is brewing in the other one? There is no warm milk for the coffee, too, but I guess it is typical, only a few hotels offer it. But if you are searching for a good hotel with OK food, the breakfast meets this demand.

Great breakfast, it was the same every day but it was good. the expresso is extra but the coffee is good enough. The fact they had that 3 jars of natural juice there was great. and a added to the value. The bed itself was very comfortable. it was very clean and they were willing to clean the room every day. we appreciated that. About 20 minutes walking to the busy area of the city, and because it is Stockholm it is a very pleasant walk. Even in the cold season we did not take busses or metro. Because we visited during the cold season we were given the chance to change our room from two single beds to one double bed, that was a great bonus for us.

Unfortunately for us, even if we turned off the AC or removed the key from the power switch, we could hear sounds from the pipes non-stop. we did not complain but if we stayed longer than 4 nights it would be a big problem. The walls are very well sealed. We were not bothered by any other type of noise. The pillow was a bit on the high side, but we did not ask if they had smaller ones. it is more of a personal preference.

Breakfast was plenty with everything you could wish for. The staff was aways smiling and refilled everything. Coffee was good for Sweden, but far from the Finnish quality. The room was okay, nothing special, but the cleaning stuff did a thorough job. The location is not bad, you have to walk around 30 minutes from the train station to get there. Also, there is a grocery store right next to it which closes at 23:00.

I would love to complain about something, but I can't really say anything bad. Maybe that the remote for the TV stopped working from time to time. Once I even had to unplug the TV to make it work lol

Very good selection for breakfast, including plenty of gluten free and lactose free options (while I don’t need this myself, it’s really good to see). Room and bed very comfy, practical layout and everything I needed. WiFi worked well. Staff friendly and accommodating with a smile. Either the hotel was quiet when I stayed or there was good noise insulation. Large supermarket next door handy if you like to pick up some supplies.

Very hard to find faults. I visited in late Nov/early Dec and while slightly chilly outside, I found the room a tiny bit too warm even with heating off. I don’t like being too hot though, so could just be a personal preference. Was easily fixed by opening balcony door for 10 mins. Public transport seems to be 5 mins walk for bus or 10 min for metro. There are places slightly nearer if that’s important to you, but I liked stretching my legs and also enjoyed the slightly quieter area without buses and trams rumbling by.

Our stay was a great experience. People working there were great and a helpfu every step of the way. At the reception, they handled perfectly our very late check-in and check-out. Also, they reacted promptly when we reported a slight problem with the bathroom sink. Friendly and attentive stuff at breakfast, which, btw was amazing! Housekeeping staff was patient and efficient. In short: specious and comfortable room, with amazing breakfast at a great location- good neighbourhood with good transport options - for a very reasonable price in Stockholm.

Great Experience at Best Western Plus Time Hotel! I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Time Hotel in Stockholm with my girlfriend, and we had a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which exceeded our expectations. It had a variety of delicious options, and we both really enjoyed it. The hotel's location is also a big plus—it’s conveniently close to the city center and public transportation stops, making it easy to explore the city. What we appreciated most was the quietness of the room, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff was always smiling and very helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Stockholm!
