Really good price-quality ratio - clean and modern spaces, small gym, excotic location (helicopter platform could be spotted from the room window)

The breakfast was okay but not awesome as the menu stayed 99% same during the 4 night stay. Also, the cutlery was placed upside down in the breakfast buffet containers which was far from hygienic. Lastly, the gym had a great view with a sauna but the sauna wasn't too hot.

Room was extremely clean and spacious. Wide door to the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. there only thing I could not find there was avocado. Even though there is construction work just nearby it did not disturb us at all. Another good thing that the hotel is easily accessible by Flygbussarna coaches from the airport

Tiny shelve next to the mirror in the bathroom. Hotel in on the outskirts of the city. 20 min by bus or 40min walk to the centre. but that fact make this hotel more price affordable.

I traveled to attend a conference at the Karolinska Institute, and this hotel was recommended by the event organizer. In general, the hotel is exceptionally clean and close to the university. Despite my late-night arrival following a midnight flight, the staff efficiently checked me in. They also have great breakfast choices with high-quality food, especially when compared to my experiences in the United States.

The only complaint I have is that I wanted to cancel the last night, as I changed my itinerary to stay with my relative in town instead. On the first night, the check-in staff told me that it was okay to cancel after checking in. However, the next day, a different staff member told me the reservation could not be canceled because I had already checked in. I ended up having to pay for an additional night without staying, which is due to the misinformation from the front desk.

It's the second time I stay here. Very stylish nordic design, good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. I even asked the hotel to let me stay on the same floor as my last visit and they did. The location is excellent, flybus directly from and to Arlanda airport, bus 3 to the central town, very easy to get around.

I arrived on Sunday, the restaurant downstairs was closed, but on the official website, it was written that it opens for dinner on Sundays. The AC is a bit hard to use, I find the wind a bit too strong even I try to turn down the wind. There were constructions around the hotel. Last time I came in 2019, there were constructions too...

All in all, we loved the hotel! Especially the room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The staff was absolutely nice and helpful. And the breakfast was a big plus because it's offering many and delicious vegan options! There is even the possibility to have take away breakfast if i.e. your flight is leaving during an earlier time.

There sometimes was a weird, quite loud noise in the room during evening and sometimes night times. Like an air condition or something. In the end I managed to sleep anyways but this might be important to consider for people with a very light sleep.

Lovely hotel, it was very clean, friendly staff, very comfy bed, good facilities, lovely sauna with a view on the top floor overlooking the city. Very easy to get to and from the airport via bus.

Location was further out of the city and to get into Stockholm central was at 15 minute walk to nearest tube station but was really ease to use and cheap. Staff were helpful. However, lots of restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance. They are currently building a tube station outside so will be perfect when that is complete.

Nice, modern hotel, safe neighbourhood, very comfortable bed, good wifi reception. Quick and easy check in and check out. Safe, fridge, hairdryer, iron - all available in the room. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel is located around 30-40 minutes from Central Station. We have doubts for cleaning services, plenty od hairs in the bathroom which were not ours. Widows were not opening, so no possibility to have fresh air in the room. Poor selection on breakfast, every day same things were served. Hotel "shakes" when someone is slamming the door, quite scary.

Very nice room with far-reaching views. Light blocking curtains from wall to wall and from floor to ceiling were also appreciated. Bed was really comfortable with nice selection of pillows, guarantee for good night sleep. Good breakfast. Fitness centre was a bonus, although a bit small, but you could do a lot. Hagastaden area is constantly evolving, it will be super nice with interesting architecture and the near-by park to be built.

Hagastaden area overall is still in development, but it will be really nice in 6-12 month time. Currently there is a bit of a walk from nearby tunnelbana, but nothing too bad. In the future there will be a new subway station very near to hotel.

Easy access from airport, close to bus stations, so you can go anywhere you want in Stockholm. 10 min walk to park where you can relax. Great coffee across street. Very good breakfast. Room was clean and matched pictures from web site. Sauna at 16theen floor with view on Stockholm. Staff VERY nice and helpful (I had bad experience with Veronica over text messages when trying to modify my stay before arrival, but in person they are GREAT people). Overall GREAT memories. The room and the facilities were clean and in good condition. The staff at the reception were super friendly. Good air conditioning at the rooms, also the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was easily reachable by public transport.

Although the breakfast had gluten free options, they were rather limited (3 slices of bread and few slices of crisp bread as well as some cereals).
