Tasty breakfasts with a lot of dishes to try. I loved pancakes with jam and sour cream. Location is good, next to subway and train station, there is a nice small park on the lake shore nearby with a great views to the fireworks if you happen to be there during major holidays. Family room is decently equipped with a small teapot. Nice cosy lightning.

We had a problem with leaking sewer which the staff fixed the same day we reported the issue. There were no batteries in the safe in the room. That was not a problem for us, but something to improve anyway. The views from the window from 2 floor where bad - to the parking. Sauna in gym are very small. Decent to train a bit and than relax, but don’t expect Spa-like service.

High-medium level standards with quite good quality/price rate considering the area where the hotel insist and considering that Scandinavia is expensive generally speaking. The room is big (comparing to those at centre hotels) and clean 🫧. The furniture is standard Scandinavian style. The staff was well ready to solve all of my requests. Breakfast is various and huge and many use it as a brunch! The city mobility services like metro 🚇 and bus station are very close to the hotel. In 20 minutes one is downtown or in Gamla Stan. A good solution for who lands at Bromma too, with a dedicated train stop towards the hotel. Taxi 🚖 service for Arlanda has a fixed price with the hotel up to now. The staff packed me a breakfast the day I left for the airport early in the morning.

The bed could be a little more comfortable, anyway its not the worst and I slept well comparing with other central hotels in my life. Maybe its just part of the essential Scandinavian style. The guest has to remember that has not to seek for luxury in furniture at this standard hotel, but only the way it is clean.

This time I decided to stay at a Scandic hotel that is a bit outside of downtown Stockholm, and I think the quality is here way better in comparison to the hotels in the centre. Big, comfortable room, clean bathroom. Lots of different tasty options for breakfast. Affordable pricing. Hotel is easily accessible by public transportation. Very nice staff.

Internet was at many times distorted, I was receiving pop-ups about unsafe internet connection, so had to use my own data. For some reason, it was not possible to open windows in my room.

The staff were amazing especially Derek as he went above and beyond. It was my birthday on the Sunday and he had left little gift and a lovely note in our room for me which very thoughtful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the beds sooooooo comfy.

There was refurbished work going on so the restaurant/breakfast area was halved and very busy at times but we realised it was a short term thing but wasn't warned before arriving.

- Great location: 5mins walking from the metro station. Can get to the city center withing 15mins. Also, many amenities around the hotel (eg coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants) - Excellent breakfast with many options - Spacious, clean, quiet room and comfortable beds

I can understand that it is the hotel policy not to change the bedsheet/towels every day unless the guests ask for it. In our case after two days of stay, even through we asked for it, our room was not made up and towels had not been changed. Interestingly enough, the cleaners came into our room, saw the need for new towels and they left just with emptying the garbage bin. Please pay attention to these small details because can spoil an excellent -nonetheless- impression of a guest for the hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful and informative, already prior to staying. Breakfast was good, location was good, we had both tvärbana and tunnelbana/train option to get to Solna to the Friends arena where we had a Taylor Swift concert. The hotel is outside the busiest city area so no places open at night, but connections to city are good and the scenery is beautiful. As an extra note, the hotel was playing Taylor songs in the lobby throughout the weekend at a moderate volume level! Great attention to detail!

The TVs could be updated and the duvets could have been comfier.

All was good, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, good and clean facilities, kind personnel. The location, even though a bit away from the city centre, is well connected.

There were some renovations going on which entailed loud noises. We learn about it only upon arrival. Though they said the noise started at 9am (which was ok with us), they actually started at 7.30 am on Friday morning which woke us up. We called reception and the noises stopped but the sleep was already interrupted and we couldn’t continue sleeping anymore.

Very good breakfast buffet. Great location, metro and tram are close. You can get to the city in 15 minutes. Good value for money.

We had a family room, but the second bed was actually the sofa that was rolled out. So, we didn't have a sofa, or a recliner. There was one chair in the entire room, and other than that, you had to sit on your bed. The luggage storage was entirely self service, no receipts or anything.

Fantastic location, a couple of mins walk to bus/rail and tube stations and so easy to get around the city. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and very well stocked and organised.

We had a family room booked which was a little smaller than the family rooms we have booked with Scandic previously. The bunk beds were the pull out type and when in situ, left little space for 4 people to move around the room.

The breakfast was nice, the staff we're mostly helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfy. The location isn't perfect, but you can easily get to the city center via Tunelban.

Upon check-in we were asked how often would we like our room cleaned. We agreed with the reception staff that every three days would be quite enough for our 9 night stay. However our room was cleaned for the first time after 5 days, and when consulting the staff, we were told that we have to book the cleaning a day in advance, even though we already made arangements upon checking in? We resolved the problem, and everything was fine in the end. The rooms also don't have an openable window, the room gets a bit stale after an hour or two.
