+ Very comfortable beds +/- Location farther from the city centre but still within walking distance, close to the metro +/- Reasonable value for money in Stockholm

- We paid extra for the room with windows but ended in the ground floor, which meant the windows could not be opened to get the fresh air. Since there is already the separate price category for no windows room, I would expect the separate one also for the ground floor (non-opening windows) to not mix it with "fully fledged" windows rooms. - The rooms were really simple, at least one small closet/cupboard for clothes would be helpful.

actually I like the stuff there. also I think its a great budget hotel and I will visit them again in Stockholm. (Un)furtunatelly we found some ants in the room, and there changed the room from 108 to 101 and offered free breakfast. room 101 was big, comfortable and more... modern I would say. Breakfast (okey, I got it for free but I still wanted to buy it) was really good and worth the money. I will stay there again if I ever visit Stokholm again. Just the ants-situation doesn not allow me to rate it more than 8.

ants, the size of room no. 1 was more like a prison, not like a hotel

It’s incredible how people in their reviews point out the agreement clauses that they don’t like as “negative experience”. Well, I realize that one could book a bed in a hostel room for 16 persons and put absence of iced Champagne as a “negative experience”, but, seriously guys? You book a room which says “no window” and you put this “no window” in negative experience? Very consistent… I paid 120 Eur for 2 nights in the very center of Stockholm. I studied closely the room description and the pictures, the list of facilities etc. As I see it, the most important is that the property doesn’t lie to you promising things that are not there. I received exactly what I booked. Yes, there were no chairs, only one foldable stool. Yes, there were no kettles, windows and other things that would have been nice to have, but which I never expected. Yes, probably, a room in Hyatt would have been more spacious with tables, chairs, kettles and windows, but all those would come at a price. We returned to the room in order to sleep, take a shower and use the bathroom – we never aimed higher and we were totally fine. Living in such a room is not really possible: it’s too small for that. Now, the room was quiet, we never heard the neighbors. Ventilation works fine: we were provided 2 towels each and they got dry in 6-7 hrs easily by themselves on the hooks. Shampoo and liquid soap were there. A free hot long shower was really nice: I came from Southern Europe where we don’t have such luxury. A bed was ok, separate blankets also ok. I counted 3 220V sockets in the room, 2 in the bathroom and 2 usb ports which I didn’t try. All the free space on the walls was in hooks and different hangers which was enough for us. Wi-fi was 50 mbps both ways. Oh, loved the area. It's the center and it's rather quiet at the same time, just as I like it. A Flygbussarna bus stop to/from Arlanda is 2 minutes walk.

Bottom line: for those travelling light and those who don’t plan to stay inside during the daytime, it should be comfortable enough. If you came for a week or longer, with lots of clothes and other stuff and were planning to live there – well, probably, you will be disappointed.

We loved everything about here. Location-wise it's great, very close to the metro and bus lines, in a nice neighborhood with sweet cafes. The room interior is quite nice and the room itself is very functional, beds were comfy, and we also loved the lobby and overall design of the hotel. Staff were kind and helpful, special thanks to Anton. Next time we are in Stockholm we will certainly be staying here again.

There was a problem with the heating as the hotel's ventilation system is central and since its a new hotel the staff didn't have the full knowledge yet. However, they were helpful in coming up with solutions and even had changed our room. Most likely this issue has been resolved by now so please don't refrain from booking this perfect hotel.

The window overlooking the avenue was truly beautiful, breathtaking. WOW! Excellent location, very close to the metro (3-4 minutes on foot) with the central station 15-20 minutes away on foot. The staff was very kind, super prepared, and competent. The (ready-made) cocktails were excellent. It's a shame about the floor in our room, dirty and full of dust!

Probably better collaboration with Booking would help, as I couldn't do the online check-in upon arrival because the rate was showing as unpaid (even though it was). As for the room, the floor was quite dirty when we arrived. The sheets, towels, and bathroom seemed clean. Although I have some doubts about the towels, as I found them already in the bathroom in random positions (I sincerely hope they were clean).

Value for money is great, and location is very convenient to all of central Stockholm. The property feels very new, everything is clean and works well. Front of house staff very friendly, and there's a decent co-working space in the lobby. Room was small, but efficient and felt fresh.

You do get what you pay for here, not a negative as I knew that going into it, but important to know that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, no bar (there's a grab and go coffee shop, but that's it), no real service, and you have to pay extra for daily cleaning. Also, if you don't know your way around Stockholm, the location can feel a little confusing as it is in a residential area - but it really is very close to everything.

Location! Being next to the metro station for the blue and green lines made travel around the city super easy (especially with a multi day transit pass). The staff were also super friendly and accommodating.

The rooms err a bit too much on the minimalist side for me - for example, when I’m in a hotel I like when there is something like a wardrobe to unpack in and make the space feel more like a home away from home. While here there was a clothes rack in the corner and a bench that I could use to lay out my stuff - it was ok, but it would have been nice for the place to have a bit more comfort included into the design. Further, the showers were poorly designed - if I wanted to use any pressure from the shower head above a light drizzle I’d have to deal with the bathroom flooding! Or at least a wet floor under the toilet and sink. The towels were also a bit basic.

The location was very convenient, there's a 7-Eleven right across the junction of the hotel where you can get hot food and take it to your hotel room. The lobby was awesome, with the reception-less counter and everything (check-in/check-out). All is done online, but there are still staff that are present at the lobby 24/7. There's ample space at the lobby with tables and chairs that could fit up to 50 people at a time. In case if it's too cold during the winter, you can always order food delivery, and if the food arrive cold, they can microwave/oven to reheat the food for you before bringing it to your hotel room. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this hotel, one of the most technology advanced hotels I've ever stayed.

Nothing.

The location was amazing, lovely neighbourhood very close to Stockholm centre. The room was very small (which we knew from the pictures) but the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also a great size and the shower was fab. We really didn’t mind not having a window at all and there was no light in the room from the corridor which was appreciated. The hotel was lovely and warm despite the freezing temperatures outside and our WiFi was really good too. The free lockers to store your belongings pre/post stay were also brilliant as they allowed us to spend our last day sightseeing unburdened.

We felt that housekeeping could’ve tended to the room once during our stay (5 nights). We were offered the choice to pay for daily housekeeping for the duration of our stay but felt we didn’t need this level of attendance, but we would’ve chosen an option to choose a date for them to tend to the room if available, mainly to refresh the soap dispensers which ran out. We stayed mid-week which seemed quiet and we couldn’t hear a soul, but over the weekend when the hotel filled up we could hear our neighbours so that is something to bear in mind.

Good value for money. Spacious room, big windows, clean. Next to hotel there is a Metro station, so good connection with city center.

Even though we had quite big room, there was no places where to put our stuff. There was no closet, shelves or even a chair. Had to put all our things on windowsill. Hotel tries to be hip and cool instead of functional. Interesting to see at first, but I'd rather have regular interior with closet/shelves instead of weirdly shaped lamps, raised floor under the bed, colorful hooks and glass bathroom door. There was no kettle
