Hotel was very nice and breakfast had a really good selection.

There was no coffee and tea + boiler on the room, which would have been a good addition.

There was a lack of consistency. On the first night our group ate they told us the kids menu was only two choices so I insisted that they should have the choices that are on the menu as advertised and on display and on the menu card. The third night we were there they did the same thing and were not very happy when we asked could we have the kids menu as advertised. Some of the bar staff and restaurant staff were quite abrupt and short.

The hotel made a great first impression on us, the room was spacious, clean and modern. Sockets by the beds, and great air conditioning. Well-equipped bathroom. However, from day to day we noticed two small minuses. The first was the lack of a fridge and the lack of a welcome set in the form of drinking water. The second was that we ran out of soap, we reported it to the reception but after returning after 8 hours it was still not there. The lady from the reception saved the situation and gave us a whole container of additional liquid. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, the hotel made a huge impression on us and these two mentioned elements are just details. P.S. bus stop near the hotel, which will take you everywhere

Very nice communal area, play area and facilities. Rooms were very nicely decorated, comfortable and good amenities. Lovely breakfast available - great selection.

Wasn’t aware the indoor pool was only a small spa pool for over 10’s that required payment - my children were really disappointed by this as they were expecting to be able to go in the pool. This would have changed my hotel booking decision if I had known before hand. No supervision or restriction for the gym - lots of children (sometimes unattended) on equipment. Lifts are terrible and there are long waits to get in one.

Good location for our needs of going on a boat to Finland. Is newly remodeled and had a large space to hang out. climbing wall and TV and lots of seating. We got food and ate dinner at the property

The pool area was a 25€ (around) fee per person. And age 10+ only. That info wasn’t anywhere when we booked - so we were disappointed as we had planned to spend some time swimming. We also got free mocktail coupons for the kids but the bar was closed from maybe 11- 3 and we couldn’t use them.

Modern and Nordic facilities, kids loved the bunk bed. Good value for money, when you think about the overall options of hotels in Stockholm. Nice hang-out and game area for the whole family. Kind staff. Bus stop is close-by but you shouldn’t take the bus at 10-11 am because that’s when the boat guests arrive and the bus is packed.

Very far from the center and the metro, not in a very pretty area. Only if you happen to travel with certain boats, the location is good. Breakfast could have been more versatile.

Hard to get to via public transport, they should really help with directions. The rooms were not ready as arranged in booking. had to wait over an hour for someone to show up and suss it out, one of the rooms was opened when we arrived and looked like was not released by the ckeaner, and the other did not have the extra bed made and ready, this really killed our plans for the afternoon in Stockholm.

The hotel is newly refurbished with a very lovely Scandinavian-style interior design. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is a good size. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the communal area with cool seating and table tennis!

You can smell that it is newly refurbished with the paint smell etc. The only downside for us was that the standard rooms don't come with a kettle so you can only get hot water at the reception. It was a bit inconvenient when my partner was ill and wanted to drink tea.

Situated very close to the ferry terminal. Had to leave very early so the breakfast box was really nice.

Would have appreciated a bit more information about the parking procedure. Such as that simplest way to pay the parking is to load Stockholm parking app. The QR code in the parking place led to confusing pages. Also took several tries and almost an hour to try to get throug due to a very bad connection in the area. We speak swedish but for those who don`t it is quite challenging.
