Overall very homey and cozy stay :) - Lovely Stockholm apartment vibes, sharing a lovely view of courtyard with neighbors. - Super quiet as it was located in residential area. - Complimentary breakfast & dinner & private sauna. All for free - this was AMAZING. - If you are looking for a house to stay in Stockholm but still want a hotel service, this is for you. - Very kind and helpful staffs. - Superb location.

- Small room. They sold standard double room(14 square meters) for 3 adults, which does not give you enough space. - Very thin and light mattress - not so stable. I am fine with having two separate mattress for a double bed, however, their mattress was so shallow and light that it constantly got misplaced during the night as I turn over and gave me a huge back pain. Could invest more on it considering that it is ran by a big hotel chain.

Comfortable big room, beautifully decorated in a house full of character. felt more like a home than a hotel. lovely breakfast. good bedding.

we booked through booking and arrived at the hotel address only to find there’s no reception, no bell, and no sign as to where to go! turns out one has to go to reception of Wellington hotel around the corner (different street). there’s no way to guess this!! just one little sign or email message when sending the confirmation could solve this initial frustration. otherwise such a nice place, and this didn’t spoil an enjoyable stay.

A cosy, fresh hotel in an old building, comfy beds, clean rooms. Fantastic staff - ever person we’ve met was very friendly, kind, helpful. Very good location on a calm street but close to everything we wanted to visit. It was great to have the complementary fika (Swedish coffee time with something baked) and dinner. We used the sauna once and enjoyed that as well.

The bathrooms are a bit old. Ours was clean and neat, so this comment is really more about the interior style than anything else. Instructions about checking in at Wellington could be a bit clearer.

Breakfast was good and quiet just next to the room. We liked the calm atmosphere of the small hotel. The room facing to the garden was completely silent. A big positive surprise was the buffet dinner every night in the Clarion Collection hotel's restaurant. The dinner was colored by lively chefs. We were wondering why it was not mentioned at all at the hotel web site.

Room #29 was a bit small. Next time would take #27 or 28.

Great location to explore Stockholm. Really pleased. Fika and light supper at Wellington were a bonus, as was the loan of an umbrella on a very wet Sunday. Local restaurant recommendations good too.

A better mirror in the main bedroom, would have been good and a couple more coat hangers in wardrobe. No plug in the wash hand basin, but we always carry a spare universal plug so not a problem for us.

The location was good for walking to most sites we wanted to see. (We still needed to get transit passes to some sites.) The breakfasts were good--and included. An added benefit was free dinners every night at the near-by Wellington Hotel! (parent chain). The rooms were large, and the living and dining areas added charm. The decor of the guesthouse was old- fashioned and had charm. No air conditioning, but open windows and fans in the rooms kept it comfortable. The staff was particularly friendly and accommodating.

The bathrooms were very small, with small shower stalls which did not contain the water well. Water ran out onto the floor and needed to be toweled up. The neighborhood was ok, but noisy one night with barking dogs. This was a one-time occurrence.

Good location for my needs. I liked that it was small, so the breakfast room was calm - it put me in a good mood for the day. I was happily surprised to enjoy complimentary dinner at the associated Wellington hotel. I found plenty to my taste at the breakfast buffet.

I only had a view to the courtyard (which wasn't bad) but would have preferred a view of the street. The staff seemed a little offhand and cold, but were not unhelpful.

The hotel is located in a big appartment of a historic building: high sealings and old floors of the common spaces make this place unique. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very good, only a short walk from the main attractions.

In the summer months the rooms may get hot as there is no air conditioning. Due to the historic character of the building, the elevator is a bit to the small side.

A lovely, cosy hotel in great location. The rooms and common spaces were nicely decorated and very functional. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the Wellington hotel around the corner (where you check in) was very helpful.

The bathroom was a bit small and dated compared to rest of the interiors (tiles on the floor would be nice), and the shower flooded a bit.

The small hotel feels like home. It is an old apartment converted to the hotel. Although I had a tiny single room, the space was used cleverly and it felt bigger. Room to the courtyard was nice. Hotel had large living room and kitchen area for guests. Breakfast was very good. Location in the Östermalm is excellent - quiet corner near Hedvig Eleonora church, restaurants and cafes nearby, good transport connections and very close to Djurgården park area. Would like to stay again. Check-in in the nearby hotel Wellington.
