Location was great! Breakfast was great. Sandwich, eggs, pancakes, cereal etc. Dinner was OK too. the sauna looks really good but did not have time to try it out.

1. the TV in our room. it did not connect to any wifi signal. we asked the reception but she did not know how to do it. we couldn't even watch a basic tv channel. only on our 2nd day did we manage to some sort of...."fix it". But we were annoyed on trying to get anything to watch 2. the iron & ironing board. the reception told me there was one in our room but there was none. so i had to use one at the common floor she suggested. which to my surprise is a very very very tiny board attached to a wall. it was very difficult to use. definitely should put a normal standard size ironing board, that would save alot of time.

The hotel is very nice! Clen room! Dinner was very good. The girl at the bar vas very nice. Reception girl Emillie is the best 🌺

Nice evening meal, simple but good breakfast, big sauna

Staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing at times. Felt like they were just hired. One person at the reception was even borderline unfriendly, but others were nice enough. Hopefully they will fill find their way around and learn the ropes, since this is by far my favorite hotel in Umeå!

I really appreciated the accessibility efforts by the hotel and the staff. It was very helpful to be offered a dinner box of food I could heat myself given my late arrival. Dinner, bed and breakfast made my short stay easier.

Staff clearly weren't used to vacation travellers using public transport so couldn't answer my questions about buses, the sculpture park location. It's understandable, most guests come by car and many are probably there for business but given they are already doing so well on other things it is an area they might like to develop for staff training and knowledge.

Lovely budget hotel. Stay included a simple evening meal and impressive breakfast. There was a bar and restaurant. And coffee and tea. Handy position, just a short walk from the station and many places. Really enjoyed our short stay here

We stayed with my family for 3 nights in the hotel and everything was good! The food in the restaurant menu is really amazing! The staff were more than nice and we are thankful for that they leave us to stay a bit longer to wait for our train on the day that we suppose to leave. Thank you!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is really kind with dinner and breakfast included in the price. The staff was really nice. Our plane got rescheduled, so we after the dinner ended. We asked them in advance and they even kept some leftovers for us. Definitely recommended!

The hotel staff are exceptional, especially Sarah and Leah at the front desk. Moreover, I had a good 8 hours of sleep because the hotel was so quiet. Breakfast and dinner were part of the booking, so it's a plus. Tye location is good as everything is in a short distance.

Excellent and very friendly staff. Early check in and late check was possible without any problem! Very good food. We will come back.

Wi-fi in our room was a bit unstable unfortunately

The dinner included in the price was actually very tasty. No choice of meal but I quite enjoyed what I got. Had forgotten there was meal included. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
