The spa facilities and heated pools are just great. We also like the view when it is not foggy! Their Breakfast is also a beautiful experience.

I think it is in the middle of nowhere so when we found out that we couldn’t book the Thai restaurant, we left with only one choice. Luckily, we found a nice Sushi place which is just 12 minutes drive from the hotel.

Great Spa Hotel close to Zurich for couples. We really enjoyed our time there. The Spa is nice, especially that a one night stay allows you to enter at the arrival and departure day. The Thai restaurant was really great. having visited Thailand previously it was really on par with our experience there, but in a modern interpreted version (keep in mind: for Swiss prices). So, for a short escape from the busy daily routine, its great. Also, the breakfast buffet is amazing with small little surprises. Last but not least, the staff is nice, well trained and very attentive. Compliments to the management.

Some of the facilities seem a bit outdated, the rooms need some small renovations ... would be nice to see.

The staff was very welcoming and the customer service generally exceptional, without feeling too full-on. The room had an incredible view of the whole lake of Zürich and was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! We had dinner at Collina restaurant and were very impressed with the food quality and the service there too. Great overnight stay and lovely to combine with a day in the spa! (The view you have from just about everywhere in the hotel really is amazing!)

Came here alone as a solo traveler and I must say i feel like in heaven! Very nice restaurants, I tried both Loyfah adn Collina, they were both excellent! Room is clean and spacious with enough toiletries. Love the pool area as well, the spa area was a 10/10

Nothing to complain!

It was great stay, good cusine, nice spa. Very sad that you are not allowed to be with small kids even next to spa facility, even without actually using it. So that was a bit of suprised, since it is not advertised on booking.com while booking. Great breakfast.

it was a very welcoming hotel :). clean and all people working in the reception are good especially waleed … waheed was a very helpful and extremely nice receptionist… he was one of the reasons I didn’t want to change the hotel although it was far from city :)

Before come here didn’t quite understand where those high ratings are from. Then after arrival, we enjoyed every minutes of it. Room was lovely (better than their booking listing pics) with fantastic view; snacks were nice at the spa, sunset view at infinity room is even better; breakfast blew us away — this was definitely the highest quality breakfast we had amongst many 4-stars - there were oysters and chocolate fountains.. Zurich lake is totally in front of u, getting to see sunset & sunrise. Also welcome drinks ok 4th floor Thailand bar were lovely

Excellent place with amazing views and great great facilities. The staff are all extremely helpful and the spa is simply incredible! The restaurants are also a one of a kind. overall amazing!!!

We liked everything.

This is an ideal location for rest, relaxation and work. The spa and fitness facilities are outstanding and offer so much, including refreshments and food. The Asian junior suite offers spectacular, panoramic views of the Zurich lake. Nespresso machine in room and well equipped mini-bar. Breakfast room offers a super champagne buffet. The bar is decorated Thai-style with Thai dishes made to order with your drink,if you want a small meal. I highly recommend this hotel and will return again soon.
