The location is very strategic, nearby there are many restaurants and attractions in a walking distance. The staffs there are very friendly, even though they are not really know how to speak English but still trying their best to assist, really appreciate that. And they allow for early check-in as well if the room is available. There's breakfast included but they'll bring to your room, just tell them the time you wish to have it.

The reception is at Level 3, you may always open the door, enter and press the lift to Level 3. Hotel should mention that upon received our booking. The hotel room is a bit old, but still acceptable for me.

Location is great, plus that fact that the flat comes with a kitchen room can save you some money if you are not ready to pay for a lunch in local restaurants, an example ( just for one big mac in Macdonalds without fries be ready to pay £10) Lidl is just 10 minutes walking , the hotel is very close to bus station, less than 1 minute walking, free breakfast included

The building inside needs to be redecorated, it looks like the last time they had a full renovation done that was 20+ years ago, Overall the stay was OK at this hotel

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was so fresh that even 5 Star Hotels needed to compete with Hotel Tor. I don't have the HP charger of the plug and they provided for free of charge. The bus stop to travel around is exactly the opposite of this hotel and the church, too, with walking 1 minute. This hotel has a passenger lift as a bonus. it is a big room, comfortable bed & mattress with a fridge, a microwave, place to sit and eat comfortably. Towels are excellent size & comfy. water pressure & wifi at top notch =10 points.

The room was just wonderful for the family, and meet cleanliness expectation. The Hotel team were very good and cooperative. The Hotel is quite near to the centre and lake side, so most of the place can be visited on foot. Overall the ambiance and location of the hotel is very good.

Breakfast is not up to the mark, we were expecting buffet and elaborated continental breakfast as mentioned in the booking advt. however it was not like that, a limited breakfast items was served in the room, which doesn't meets the benchmark as per the cost of the room which includes breakfast. The management must think about that.

The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of pastries and drinks each morning. The location was brilliant and was only a few minutes walk away from lake Geneva, and a five minute walk to Geneva train station. There was also a bus station very close to the hotel too. The hotel also provided a tourist travel card which got us to the hotel for free using public transport and lasted as long as our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay very easy.

The room could have been bigger, but we were there to explore, not stay in the room, so it was more down to preference if anything.

The hotel is in a brilliant location in central Geneva, just a few blocks from the lakefront. The staff were very welcoming and the room was a good size. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a little fridge. The shower was good.

It was a hot night so we had the fan on all night. The windows were a little hard to handle (i.e. shut) and left my daughter feeling a little insecure as well as disturbed by street noise.

The room had a little kitchen that was super convenient since breakfast is delivered to the room. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful - fresh, timely, and quite tasty. The staff was great at helping us get to know the area and recommending things to do in the area. The location was very close to the train station and the lake.

The only drawback is that the door into the property is located right next to a snack bar where the owner and customers sit and smoke all day long.

We arrived to early too check in and were met with a very warm welcome along with an offer to store our luggage which we appreciated. The gentleman on duty on reception around 13:30 was extremely helpful. He gave us travel passes and useful information regarding how to get to Cern. When we went back late afternoon to check in the lady on reception gave us good ideas for local restaurants. The triple room was spacious with a modern ensuite bathroom and also a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous breakfast, far better than expected. Hotel is well located for train and bus stations and the lake.

Room was a bit hot overnight but a fan was provided and the weather was unusually hot for the time of year.

The location was 5 minutes walk from the station the lake and the good shops.This was good for us. It is a basic hotel but fulfilled our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was secure. The continental breakfast was brought to our room on time and was very edible - bread/croissants/yoghurt/ fruit and sometimes a slice of cheese/ butter and confiture.Coffee and hot milk.

The bathroom was very small. We needed to sit sideways on the toilet. I am an English size 10 and the bath was just big enough. Anyone larger might have found it a squash!

Excellent location. Short 5 min walk from train station. Old town and many sites walkable distance. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and delivered to room on time. Bus station for bus to Chamonix is right across the street.

Hotel is a bit dated but not a problem for me for. I knew what to expect based on previous reviews. No air conditioning but I knew this prior to booking. The fan provided worked very well
