My stay started immediately well with Rafael greeting me at reception....really pleasant and professional. Had nice exchanges with all staff, definitely the friendly cooks of the superb omelettes (an excellent breakfast buffet). My room and bed were very comfortable, too.

(really pretty minor): The specialised lighting-control system in the room was tricky to master, some hard to read. The aircon unit didn't seem to be working well, but thankfully the weather was cooler than normal.

We really liked the breakfast. The staff was kind and polite as well. The hotel felt safe.

The deluxe room is beautiful however the bathroom is given too much importance with a tub which isn’t as useful, takes away the charm of a 30 sq mt room, and because of the bathroom - the room looks really small The lighting is also quite dim for evenings in the room. Two people can’t use the bathroom together - as the bath area and toilet are connected by a translucent separation Also - wish we could open the window a little bit

The style of the room was really nice! The bed had only one mattress that was perfect! The bathtub and bathroom itself was really nice and the doors were a really nice touch! Even if there was a wedding in the hotel it was really quiet in the room.

Staff wasn't interested in finding solutions for problems. Parking.

It was a short business stay which fit my needs. The hotel is well located and although almost on the corner of a big road I had a good night in a quiet room. The room was clean and in good shape, besides the button to switch off the AC which was quite resistant until it reacted.

There is not much to say, but the price for just the short stay with breakfast was quite high, especially since there was no need for any of the facilites besides a short visit of the gym, the breakfast and the room itself.

Everything good so far, friendly staff and we got an extra bed for our room since we were 3. Spa area has 1 steam bath and 2 saunas which worked perfectly and kept clean.

Our room "deluxe king room" was supposed to take a max of 3ppl but it was a bit tight since the extra bed gets in the way of walking.

Nice personnel, knowledgeable and friendly to help you. Breakfast has a good variety with fresh fruit and cooks who can make special dishes. Rooms were spacious and luxury.

The sliding doors between toilet and bathroom looks like a construction malfunction. It doesn't do the job and needs attention. The parking is very expensive and should be included in your total package. The cleaning standard should be equal, 1 room had bath-robes and slippers and the other didn't.

Nice welcome, very nice design and space in the room. We loved the idea to leave the fridge empty and give a bottle of water as complementary. The room soundproofing was very good. At the reception, they helped us and let us do the check-in earlier which was very useful.

The curtains had some stains and the wooden part of the bed board wasn't clean. We didn't have the hairdryer in the room and we didn't receive an extra towel for our kid (the cleaner gave us a small towel). The fire alarm rang at 1 in the morning which was not so relaxing, but that's not related to the service that the hotel gave us which was very nice.

Very nice hotel and our room was really cozy and nice designed.

We had a really low rate, but still we expected the room to be a little more clean for a 5 star hotel (bed had a can tab under the first throw, floor was not properly vacuumed). The bath tub is really big, but we had to clean it first to use it. And it would be awesome to have a bath bomb or similar if there is such a nice bath tub and some slippers. :)

Awesome hotel setup and style. Food was great in the restaurant. Room-Service a bit less so. Breakfast was good too, but too expensive.

This might not be fair right now (Corona), but yes, the hotel runs on half-mast. Most employees seem either overworked or underskilled. The bar is closed and the restaurant empty. Maybe not the hotels fault, but just doesn't help with the atmosphere.

the hotel was modern and spacious enough and i loved the bathtub. Hotel was 20 mins away from main city centre but easily accessible by tram so no issues for us.

Bed and pillows were too soft and the room was rather dusty like the headboard and the side tables.
