Location is superb. Exactly next to tram station. Just come out and board for any location with Tram. Very close to Airport as well.

I booked for 8 nights but they give two complimentary water bottles only once on first day while check-in which I feel was unfair. Let's say if you have different clients in all 8 nights then you will place two complimentary water bottles everyday but you are not giving to two bottles per day if guest is same. I asked the room cleaning staff but they said we are instructed not to replace bottles everyday for the same guest. Thought I want to clarify that their cleaning staff is super polite and good in making the room.

Quality of rooms and cleaning. Good choice close to airport and really in front of a stop tram. In general, all pretty good!

Everthing was nice. However, if you plan to stay for a short period, the location does not worth due to spend much time to go to downtown, even having a tram station in front the hotel. You spend no less than 30 minutes to go till downtown for a leasure ride.

I paid already on My 16, 2023 through ob-line but, today they charged me the second time deducting from my credit card. I called the reception twice and the receptionist promised me to return the money after few days. I called them twice with a very long waiting time and that calls will cost more.

They only have few outlets to charge our cellphone. We were three in the room but the coffee cups and coffee were only good for two, the tissue at the bathroom was just left over from the previous guests and good only for one person. I don''t blame the cleaning lady because we checked-in earlier and we were very thankful for that. I think she did her best to make the room ready for us that's maybe the reason why many items were lacking. The lady who assisted us at the reception was very friendly and approachable.

Very convenient if you have an early flight because it is next to a tram stop. Calm. Stored our bags before check-in.

Our room was prepared for 2 people even though we had a reservation for 4. The heat in the room at night was exhausting, no A/C and the windows only open a bit. Our windows were covered for construction work so there was no view outside (but we only stayed overnight). Girls, bring your own hair dryers, they have a very basic device in the room.

The receptionists were all very polite and helpful.

The room was not clean enough, and I found someone else's hair. The phone was not working, I needed to ask for slippers and couldn't. The TV, even though it had a Netflix, it was restricted from the hotel. I think it was overpriced and below average for a 4-star hotel.

The hospitality of the staff, shout out to Sergio, the reception staff on duty, he was very attentive, accomodating and very friendly. The room and amenities were also satisfying.

Maybe the breakfast spread could have been more variety and more fruits section.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, convenient location from the airport, big rooms, clean, courtesy still & sparkling water, large beds, good value.

The corridors look a bit dated/ worn out. The TVs in the room should be updated and the bathroom starting to show wear &tear.

First of all, I have to say the man at the front desk named Steven is an absolute gem. After a long day of traveling (and a month of traveling through Europe) Steven stood out! He made our experience here great. Kind and super helpful at check-in, even set us up with a shuttle the next morning. The room was great! clean, spacious and had a coffee maker and complimentary water. Would stay here again if we were in Zurich!

Tram stops right outside hotel. Airport in one direction, city centre in the other. Great breakfast. Good size room. Excellent shower. Fridge in room was great. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed twice. Despite having written confirmation that a baby bed would be put in the room, it was a battle each time to get it on arrival. Kids play area had rubbish on the floor. Staff not overly friendly. Corridors need to be repainted, lots of evidence of wear and tear.

The rooms were good and the breakfast was wonderful. the facilities were really good my children were vey pleased and would recommend some one to use your facility

however could you please get some family rooms so that families can be able to feel comfortable
