We were provided with a very quiet room as requested, which was wonderful. The temperature control worked well, the bed was comfy and the smart-tv was easy to use. The black-out curtains were also a big plus. The hotel has its own parking garage (a bit pricey). Breakfast was excellent with eggs made to order. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The location itself isn't anything too flashy, but it has easy and well-connected access to Zürich's public transportation network. We used the Zürich card to get around.

The use of the shower caused the bathroom (and even part of the main room) to flood, because of the way the showerhead is set-up and the very small divider separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. We noticed some hairs on one of our toothbrushes and the protective cap laying on the floor: clearly it had fallen alongside some other toiletries during housekeeping. Anything can fall of course, but if we hadn't noticed my wife would have brushed her teeth with a very unhygienic toothbrush.

You can't find many hotels in Zurich offering two separate bedrooms with common living space and Acasa is one of them. The hotel is in a nice area with many shops and facilities. There are several playgrounds around if you travel with kids. And it's close to the Zoo. The hotel has an underground parking.

All was good. Breakfast could be a bit better, but it's a common problem if you stay in the same place for a long time.

Everything was perfect - the level of cleanliness is exceptional. The breakfast and spa area are amazing. The gym is small but also really great and has everything one needs for a good workout. Location is maybe less than 5 minutes from Oerlikon train station from where you can get around the whole city and in 10 minutes to the central train station. The staff were really really kind and professional. We had a great stay and would definitely go back.

Literally nothing to complain

First of all we enjoyed communication with personnel of the hotel — professional, very friendly, careful and extremely helpful. Hotel facilities are of good quality and in nearly-perfect condition — both in the room and public areas. The hotel has set of features that all together, regardless of their individual weight/significance, made our stay experience solid positive and impressive, with the filling of been carefully and thoroughly thought out. Everything everywhere is really clean and neat. Appliances and facilities function well, nothing's broken or damaged. Our room (Studio Suite with Kitchenette) was very quiet. Compact yet well equipped kitchen with set of cook- and tableware, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven and independent water supply/sink gave us nice possibility to serve meal whenever we needed it. Little hint: if you cook on your own, you'll probably need salt/pepper. Those are usually out of scope of things to be prepared when plan a hotel stay. It could be improvement point for the hotel equipment. Self-loundry service (washing and drying machines) is available free of charge. Sauna with outside area is available free of charge. Sitting/breakfast/dinner area on the ground floor is very cozy. There is possibility to cancel next day room service and get free drink in return. TV is welcome to pair with your own devices over Bluetooth. USB outlets let to charge gadgets without additional charger. Electric wall heater in the bathroom compensates lack of ventilation.

Outer window blind closes automatically in sunny morning. It woke us up couple of times. Kitchen-related trivia: too small tea cups (but nothing prevents from making tea twice or more times), unsharp knives, no lid for frying pan.

This hotel is very nice and new. The decoration is very well done. We had a nice meal in the restaurant and our room was small but nice.

We went to zurich to relax (and sleep in) and they have automatic shades on the windows. They opened at sometime in the early morning when the sun came up but we weren't ready to get up! They have curtains over the windows but if you don't close them you could be very surprised, like us, to be waken up with the sun coming through. Also, only get beer at the bar! Our gin and tonics were 21 CHF EACH!!

The room we were upgraded to is so bright and clean. Water pressure is good and water heater works perfectly. The airconditioning is great having both with heating and cooling systems. It has mini kitchen with almost complete utensils and appliances. I'm telling you, the breakfast is beyond comparable! The location is just few minutes away from the station. The staff are so welcoming and polite. We really had a great stay in Acasa Suites. It's worth of every penny.

The AC barely kept up with the heat wave. Very abnormally hot in Europe at the time.

I like that the room had a full kitchen setup and that it was situationally located near supermarkets and other restaurants. I commend Jasmine the staff who helped setup the bed of our child. She did a very good job handling all her tasks from the reception up to the housekeeping.

The lighting of the room can be improved. It was too dim for us Asians who are used to sunshine in our country. But overall, it was a good stay.

We were in Zurich for holidays and this was our second time in the city coming back from Interlaken and, when we saw Oerlikon station we were not really sure what we would find. Let me tell you: this hotel is a gem in the middle of bustling Zurich. The rooms are big with very well thought design, the shower is to die for and the bonus point is one of the few hotels that has AC. There is a fantastic Japanese restaurant 3 minutes away " Kai Sushi " and, breakfast in the hotel is all you can ask for. For those with an early flight, this is 15 minutes from Zurich airport with direct connection. Bonus points for a beautiful reading lounge with a great selection of books. In short, we will be coming back to the hotel for sure for a longer stay next time.

Great experience at Acasa- location is super convenient, few minute walk to train stop, which is one stop from Airport. Unfortunately not much around the hotel, but once you were there, it had everything. Staff was exceptional- from Alyssa to Kevin, everyone went out of their way to make us welcome. We stayed in the double room and it had EVERYTHING we needed. It was super clear, modern, and comfortable- shower with great water pressure (loved it had a large square shower head and a detachable shower head), Nespresso coffee, and comfortable beds. Could have used some cooking utensils as we needed a spatula, but otherwise had all the plates and cups you needed. Food at the restaurant was delicious - we had dinner and the buffet breakfast that was pricey but worth the money. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

Location didn't have much going on around it, but close to bus/train/tram stops to go anywhere.
