I Did loved the location, the atmospere of the room and the hotel in general. The bed and the pillows were extremely soft. The hot water in the bathroom was amazing and I even loved the extra conditioner and the body milk cream.

I didnt like the fact that i could hear people speaking on the cooridor, and the noice of the other rooms doors when they were closing. I also expected that they will provide slippers in the room. Lastly when the staff brought the menu for the eggs during breakfast it was written only in German and they didn't even explain what was that order sheet about, i had to goole translate to understand what was written in the paper. BUT overall the whole experience was amazing and i would definately reccoment this amenity.

It’s a beautiful property, right on Lake Lucerne, in the quaint village of Küssnacht am Rigi. The views are breathtaking and the hotel is lovely. The staff were very courteous and accommodating in every way possible. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and well presented with a good assortment of choices and made-to-order eggs. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The location is exceptional - Hotel parking Spaces are limited but they are free of charge - rooms are nicely designed. Very spacious Bathroom and for more Comfort there are Coffee/Tee maker in the rooms.

The standard pillows are very soft and i saw quite late that we can ask at the reception for another type of Pillow. Breakfast Buffet is good but not really at 4Star level. Although maybe it is normal in Switzerland.

Astonishing location, nice view over the lake to the Riggi and Pilatus, nice rooms and great breakfast.

Sometimes very noisy, especially when you have a suite and there’s a party in the restaurant below. Otherwise we had ants in our room. Parking Situation is tricky, only room for 6 cars reserved for hotel guests, sometimes even the public parking lot was full.

1. Perfect location. Just at the lake. The ferry to lucerne is just in front of the hotel and in the other direction in a few steps away there are the beautiful church, several restaurants and shops, etc. The hotel itself has a nice restaurant with garden at the lake. Better reserve the seats in advance. 2. Friendly staffs and the hotel is very well maintained.

The location was about 10 - 15 walking minutes from the train station, my room was small and you had to watch for the wooden ceiling beams, so if you are tall, ask for a room without ceiling beams. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the restaurant is great.

Gorgeous Property right on the water and in the cutest village. Great location right outside of Lucerne. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was fabulous too.

Honestly hard to find anything I didn't like, so I guess not having a fan or AC in room it did get a little warm while sleeping.

The room was very spacious, warm and well lit. A varied breakfast. The hotel's free parking lot only had 4 spaces, but there is a huge city paid parking lot across the street from the hotel, so no problems with parking.

There were no slippers and no separate place for shoes.

The location is excellent. Interior and decor was stylish and comfortable. Some staff were fantastic with great interpersonal skills but some were so busy that they were dismissive and not helpful.

Room was directly above the outdoor terrace restaurant so it was noisy with customers and then music from staff till later at night. A bit understaffed at restaurant so hard to get attention at times. Also, more like a B&B without full time hotel staff at reception.

It was a magnificent stay, the room was a nice size, loved the bathroom. Breakfast every morning was delicious we also had dinner in the garden one night and the food and the atmosphere was great. Right on the lake just beautiful. Close to everything. Highly recommend
