We've been travelling on a road trip across Europe and the food at the hotels restaurant was by far the best we've eaten on our trip! Can recommend the breakfast too which also comes with a glass of fizz if you desire! The wine list is extensive and biggest wine list I have ever seen! The spa facilities were excellent and the hotel decor and rooms are very well decorated and felt new and modern. We stayed in July but would also stay here for a ski visit as well as accessibility to the piste is ski in ski out.

The rooms did get a little warm at night in July as we did not have air con in our room, but appreciate air con isn't required in the ski season. Perhaps thinner curtains for the summer would help to let the air in, but this is only a minor thin!g

Everything was amazing. The decor and facilities were warm, welcoming, chic and well presented. The location was fantastic with ski to door. The staff and owners were very welcoming and the service outstanding. The food was authentic and home cooked to a very high standard. Would definitely return.

The hotel and staff were friendly and inviting. However, the only gripe is that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and WiFi was very poor had to use my data the whole trip.

Breakfast was exactly what was needed - self service, excellent quality and very varied. Location is definitely ski-in and ski-out so absolutely perfect, but what made the stay exceptional for me was the staff. Incredibly friendly and engaging, nothing was ever too much trouble. First class!

Only a very small issue but in the family rooms the toilet cubicle is a little small making it difficult to sit and stand with the door closed if you are above a certain height

Fabulous location, lovely room and decor. Helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing..something for everyone. Coming back after skiing to the spa was an extra treat. We will be returning.

Super friendly staff and owner. Very flexible to demands. Suite was excellent, some simple double rooms on the small side. Small room did not have coffee but suite had. Every room comes with balcony.

We had a lovely stay and found the hotel exceptional. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and the restaurant delicious. We loved the heated pool, sauna and steam room.

Breakfast was great. Lunch was great. All food was great. Location was super for a skier. Liked the quietness of hotel. Staff went above and beyond - something had leaked in my suitcase and a member of staff cleaned it for me. They put a kettle in our room as we liked a cup of tea. No probs when we asked for extra bed linen as I was cold at night. Don't like a hot room, but don't want to be cold either.

Only a couple of points. Would have liked a mirror in the ski/boot room area. A couple of misunderstandings with dinner reservation and orders but perhaps just language translation issues. Don't really like room keys hanging in unattended reception area.

Dinner at the hotel was a bit variable. One night it was excellent, the other not so good.

The spa area was lovely. Pool was nice with jacuzzi style jets. Sauna n steam room good.

Considering our room was a "comfort" room it was a little small .
