Hotel is in a superb location, directly in the village with ski hire shop directly opposite. The room is clean, warm, and a good size with a well equipped kitchenette. Boot room area is easily accessible and spacious, ample & safe parking for the hire car and a baggage store for the final day. We enjoyed a continental breakfast and appreciate being able to cook our own eggs and bacon. The bar with games room is an added bonus, especially with teenage boys, who enjoyed hanging out independently in the evening.

Bars prices are expensive. Hot tub more warm than hot.

Hotel is in a great location for all resort facilities. OK size rooms and very useful kitchenette. Bar downstairs is handy and great if you want to play board games. Edith is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that . Was sorry we didn’t have swimwear as outdoor pool was open and looked steaming hot and inviting in the snow :-) We found it very comfortable and would happily book again .

Road side room was pretty noisy if you are a light sleeper . Bar downstairs ,taxis collecting in early morning and deliveries - but we did have our window open for some air so I’m sure it wouldn’t be so bad for others .

Fantastic location in the centre of Les Gets. Great to have a pool although the area around the pool etc could do with some maintenance and updating. Bike storage was excellent. Room was just what we needed with small kitchenette, 3 beds and balcony.

Not much. A little updating around the pool would be nice. Some more cutlery, plates and glasses would be helpful as only 3 of each so we were washing up a lot.

Fantastic location and lovely family-run service. 200m or so from the main lift and closer on the way back. Excellent games room/bar and a fab fitness/jacuzzi/sauna suite and baggage room that we used on the day of departure.

I wouldn’t bother with the self-service bacon and eggs - a hassle!

Very welcoming owner. Ideally located in the Vieux Village. Room Suite 317 slept 6 people very comfortably in two en suite bedrooms and lounge area. Great mountain view from the balcony. Buffet breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Free underground parking. I rate this hotel very highly and certainly will be back *

Stayed as a group of 6 friends on a ski holiday, we had a room on the top floor which was split into 3 smaller rooms, loads of space, comfy beds and a great location in the centre of town. Sauna, pool and hot tub were great after a full day on the slopes. The hotel bar was great, good atmosphere and a good place to relax. Close to the slopes but there was no snow in les gets while we were there. We had to travel to Avoriaz each day in search of snow, thankfully there was plenty up there. If I were to return to the area I would stay at this hotel again.

This was “bang for buck” the best hotel I have ever been to. The location is amazing, staff ultimately friendly, room perfectly clean, big toilet, well equipped kitchen and the additional amenities such as pool and jacuzzi are great after an intensive bike day. Bike room is well protected with code secured doors. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at this place. Will definitely come again.

Shower doors in the shower cabin were mounted quite high (a lot of room underneath) and water was splashing around the cabin easily. Additionally it was pretty hard to wash hands as the tap is really short in the toilet sink.

The property is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help with a smile. There’s a garage and a bike/ski locker which is secure.

The only thing that I would change is to how a door or a curtain on the shower cubicle to avoid water getting on the floor…

We loved our room and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was lovely and really filled us up. The room was super warm too which helped with all our cold ski uniform. We would definitely stay here agin

Perfect location, within walking distance to Télésiège des Chavannes Express, supermarket, bars and restaurants. We received a warm welcome, our room was ready and we had only to cross the road to visit Vermont for ski & boot hire, with a discount given for staying at this hotel. We were on the slopes within an hour of our arrival! The hotel has a conveniently located ski & boot storage with radiators and boot warmers. Our room was for 3 people and was adequate in size with a great kitchenette, warm, clean and with a balcony. The dressing gowns are really useful and help for visits to the jacuzzi and pool area. The jacuzzi was relaxing but a little on the cool side for me; I wasn't brave enough for the outdoor pool but others enjoyed the bracing swim. Breakfast was relaxed and buffet style with plenty to chose from. Our son enjoyed making his own bacon & eggs on the skillet; while others enjoyed fresh pasties and cheese. Breakfast room turns into a bar late afternoon and is a popular spot for those who want to enjoy board games, play some pool etc. Extremely family friendly and our boys enjoyed playing pool with other children and some locals. The hotel also had a couple of other inviting seating areas to relax with a wide selection of books. At the end of our stay we were welcome to use the luggage room and to use the showers and change after a day on the slopes before our transfer to the airport. This was much appreciated. There is also a generous car park for anyone with a car. Overall, this exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed a fantastic end of season ski break. The hotel has everything you need and we will definitely be back next year.

The jacuzzi would have been more relaxing if a little hotter than 32 and we couldn't work out how to operate the sauna.
