Nice hotel at a good location. It has ample room for parking but know that you will have to drive through a very, very narrow alley on your way to it. It was a bit daunting at first but worked out well, and we have a fairly large car. The breakfast was great, it's served a la carte (you make notes on a sheet of paper what you want to order) and the friendly staff brings it to you.

When we wanted to check out there was no one in the reception for approx 20 minutes, but a little recepticle was put out that said "leave keycard here when checking out". We did that, but the hotel later contacted us asking us to make a wire transfer for city tax and parking, which was cumbersome and costly. The hotel should've charged us this cost upon checkin instead, especially if the reception is not always manned at regular checkout hours (9-11).

We liked almost everything about this hotel. Right from check in everything was perfect. They had everything ready for us, so check in happened really fast. The staff were friendly and very helpful during the whole stay, with any questions we had. The room was quiet large, modern, comfortable and clean. The bed were a little too soft for our liking, but that is up to personal taste. Excellent breakfast selection. The location was great, within 5mins walk you were standing on Piazza Grande. They also have parking, right in front of the hotel. We can only recommend this place!

A little difficult to get to by car. It’s a breakfast buffet, but you have to order the food, and they bring it to your table. That was kind of an inconvenience.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated and the bedrooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The location was very peaceful and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was served in the courtyard, outside the charming restaurant.

As I arrived to the hotel the warm welcoming felt immediately.Isabelle were so friendly,helpful and patient. She helped with all my questions and much more. Breakfast was very good and I also enjoyed dinner in there restaurant twice…was perfect 😍 Location was great,just 2 minutes from piazza grande!!! I loved every minute in that hotel !!!

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the location was excellent. Super close to Piazza Grande and to the train station. We enjoyed time in Locarno and went hiking a few days in Val Verzasca, taking the bus from Locarno (it's a 23min ride to the Verzasca dam).

… it is very cental and offers parking. the building has modern infrastructure/style and is nicely done!

… we at first had a smaller room, which heated up during the warm summer night.

The staff was really superbe, even offering unexpected public transportation passes to enjoy all throughout Ticino! The breakfast was wonderful and elegant, and everyone waa extremely kind. A nice, quiet stay in a great location.

The beds are just a bit too firm, but very small issue compared to how great everything was!

Everything was great - from the breakfast to the renovated rooms. Fantastic location close to the city center - very walkable. Helpful staff. Actually, the photos that the property posts do not reflect its quality adequately; hence, my expectations were exceeded.

The hotel is perfectly located - 5 min walk to the Piazza Grande and 10 min to the lake - but furthermore it has class, very nice breakfast, great restaurant and the personnel is really friendly. Price/Quality for that region, great value!

Only thing that could improve was an airco in the room.
