We loved the outside Hotub with amazing views and the sauna. The games for children and family’s. The cosy homely feel to the hotel. Room were perfect & we had an amazing decking area which was huge. Staff were so helpful and very friendly & never stopped ! Lovely food in the restaurant, we ate there both nights, young man served us who was very friendly. I am not one to stay in the same hotel more than once as I like to try different ones but we will definitely be back next year ! Thanks for an amazing stay we really did not want to come home!

I honestly cannot say one bad thing about the hotel.

Stunning views! The photos in the listing sold us on the place. Cosy lodge style decor, sheepskin rugs and warm as the temp had just dropped to 6 degrees C! Sauna and outdoor jacuzzi with views across the mountains was spectacular, even in the rain! Receptionist and the lady who mixed our cocktails were friendly and multilingual. We treated ourselves to a suite and the balcony views were breathtakingly stunning. Cosy duvets and pillows, good sized bathroom. Don't forget plug socket adaptors for Switzerland, different to France. Booked in at the restaurant on site for delicious evening meal. Superb and plentiful buffet breakfast, hot and cold items, and local preserves.

Parking is on the narrow road outside. Limited. Everything is very expensive, which we knew when we booked, but even so, still came as a bit of a shock! We ordered our starters at the same time as the main meal in the restaurant but they never came. Took it up with the restaurant manager who apologised and offered discount. The waiter said ' he forgot them'. On hindsight we didn't need the starters but overall service was poor for the prices we paid. Quite busy restaurant and a mid-week booking, seemed short staffed.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the reception staff were lovely! Our room was gorgeous and incredibly spacious, with a balcony overlooking the Swiss mountains. The beds and bedding were my favourite part. The bedding was this cosy, fleece material, and the feather duvets/pillows swallowed me whole in the best way. It was my best night's sleep in a long time. Breakfast was good, and the views from the restaurant area were breathtaking. The hotel's high-up location made the drive interesting (not for the faint-hearted in bad weather), but the village of Leysin is a must-see, and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. Thank you to the team here for making our stay so memorable. The hotel was great value for Switzerland, and I'd 100% stay again.

The only thing I could fault about this hotel is that the room didn't have a kettle or coffee/tea-making facilities. A Nespresso machine was downstairs, but it was 2 CHF for a cup. We went to the reception to ask if there was any way to get some hot water/sugar/milk to make tea, and the lady gave us some to take back to our rooms - which was sweet of her!

A fantastic hotel set high up in Leysin with incredible views. The staff are welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home. A special mention for Samuel who was incredibly helpful. The hotel sits in an unrivalled position looking across the mountains and down on Leysin, which is a beautiful town in the heart of the Swiss alps, which we fell in love with. We booked a junior suite which had lots of space, lovely ski chalet decor, and a big balcony with exceptional views. Downstairs you can enjoy drinks looking over the mountains or jump in the hot tub or sauna which have panoramic views. The restaurant downstairs serves exceptional food. Leysin itself is a gem. We spent a day exploring, walking around its beautiful meandering streets, and enjoyed heading up the telecabine to +2000ft where you can either embark on amazing treks down the mountain or enjoy views over lake Geneva. We caught the mountain train (about 5 mins walk from the hotel) down to lake Geneva. The trains are amazing and we visited Lausanne, Vevey and a couple of other places in a day before catching the train back up for a well earned rest. If you want to experience the mountains and Lake Geneva in a weekend then this place is perfect.

Very nice and helpful staff, the rustic decor of the lounge makes it a great place to relax, you can ask for a drink at the bar. Our daughter loved some puzzle games they had around the fire place. The restaurant was amazing, great food with great portions make it well worth the swiss price. Breakfast was delicious and varied, one of the best I had in Switzerland. The hot tub is also a highlight, we had great moments as a family. If you want some privacy go after a late breakfast during the week and you'll probably have it just for yourself. Highly recommend this cozy mountain hotel.

The only thing was the curtains in the shower. It's just so uncomfortable that they stick to your legs while showering. Bathrooms would need an update. But it's totally fine for a short stay.

Comfortable hotel rooms with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Excellent breakfast buffet. Jacuzzi and sauna added a special touch. Our dog was welcome (even in the breakfast room). If there is a lot of snow, you can ski down from the parking lot via the kids' slope to get to the gondola or the chair lift.

One of the other guests took my gloves out of my ski bag that was kept in the hotel's ski room. The person was identified through the security camera, and I am awaiting further feedback from the manager.

The hotel is in a beautiful elevated location overlooking the valley and the mountains on the other side. The rooms are spacious, have their own large balcony and good beds. They used a lot of wood inside which fit the winter use nicely. At the back you can easely access the woods behind the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. They acted on our request to have an easily accessable room for our (large) dogs. There is a indor restaurant of a different but enthousiastic owner with a very nice outside terras. You do need to make a reservation in order to get de best tables. Slight warning. The road to the hotel and the parking is challenging. As a persons you must be mobile considering the steap road outside and the many staircases inside.

The prices are, like the rest of Swiss quite steap. The restaurant has to increase their professionalism, because serving a wrong dish or deepfrozen fish is not ok considering the prices you have to pay. Note that the problems were solved excellent.

Staff were so welcoming, the hotel & room was super cosy & clean, I felt so lucky to wake up every morning ♥️ The restaurant food was the best food we tasted in Leysin & the couples massage we booked was sensational, not to mention how lovely the masseuses were. Great location, food & people. Amazing value for money, you will not regret booking!!

Breakfast was delicious, the Peruvian chef is fantastic. At breakfast, they offer many types of cheese, marmalades, breads, food was delicious. The fondue was also marvelous! The view at the terrace is a dream, you can see the "Oxygen of the Alps" 180% degrees. I loved the hotel, and I would love to come back.

To get to the hotel, I recommend do not get off at the last train station in Leysin if you have luggage to be pulled, because there is a short path that is not paved. Instead, get off at Leysin-Feydey train station, from which is easier to get a taxi or walk, to easily bring the luggage to the hotel.

Pleasant welcome and all staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Comfortable room with everything we needed. A balcony overlooked the valley and mountains beyond as a stunning backdrop. The breakfast with excellent choices was enjoyed sitting on the deck with the scenic view. What great start to the day. After a short walk through the village we travelled in the gondola to the top of the mountain and doing a loop walk to catch the chairlift back down. The view from the sauna and spa bath overlooking the valley and mountains made a great conclusion to the afternoon before we prepared for dinner.

Nothing really.
