The location is good easily accessible with a few minutes walk train station - 10- mins to HB. The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast was very good!

We had a room that already in use by mistake - (there was someone sleeping when I walked in the room, was scary experience though!) They apologized and corrected - within 5-10 minutes they sent maid to make up our sofa bed which was quick solve. I asked compensation, got 3 coffee voucher. ( I heard soneome already got coffee voucher by staying @deluxe room - we did not get that offer - so better to check with them during check in). I was asking questions about city tax payment methods and currency, I got a comment that from another employee (probably supervisor or manager) that “here EURO is not valid”. My question was totally unrelated , so I found it a bit offensive and not kind. I have USD card to pay.

I liked the Sauna experience a lot. The hotel had one steam sauna (45 degree Celcius), one bio-sauna (65 degree Celcius) and a finish sauna (90 degree celcius) and on top outdoor relaxing areas with view towards the city/ station Altstetten and an ice fog shower. They also had a decent fitness center and a shop that was open 24 hours where you could by snacks, coffe or chocolate. The breakfast was quite good too with a lot of stuff to choose from. There was a possibility of taking a massage and I did it. It really helped a lot as the massage lady was very competent. I had some pain in my back and after the massage the pain was gone (full body massage, 65 minutes, 130 CHF) and I was advised to do more stretching as my muscles are too stiff. So I got some good health advices.

The only bad thing was the cleanliness of the window. There is not much more to write here actually.

We needed to pay for the parking space outside the hotel (under direct sun) (10€/night). Not in the city centre, but was relatively easily accessible by public transport (6-7 min walk to the train station), however, the train to the city centre was not very frequent No coffee machine/electric hotel was available inside the rooms (but not a big deal also)

Right outside Zurich Altstetten station, 2 stops after main Bahnhof. 5 minute walk from the hotel to trains which run with superb precision in Switzerland compare to UK! and very well soundproofed rooms. Lovely large rooms for 3 adults, very relaxing, particularly after our 4 day mountain walks and cycling. I can imagine it'll be great for business travellers. Outside seating area for breakfast and coffee etc is nice and comfortable and you don't feel the effect of the trains running in a negative manner. The spa looked great, adequate gym, and lovely relaxation rooms to chill in if you needed. Our rooms gave a free Starbucks coffee voucher and a bottle of water. We didn't have breakfast. I'd definitely stay again, price is great and within in 15 minutes you're in the city centre.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the metro. The hotel has a very good gym and an amazing spa. The spa is ‘nude’ only. It was really clean and the experience was amazing. Snacks, chocolates and coffee are available at a store within the hotel next to the reception. There is also a supermarket within a minute of walking distance. The rooms were small however very functional and clean.

The card key doesn’t work at the gym or the spa. Had to go down many times to the reception to change cards. Still didn’t work. A staff had to let us in every-time we went to the gym or the spa.

Tons of shops in the area, and even a small self-service snack and drinks area in the hotel itself. Very modern rooms. We didn't know it, but our room had a sexy shower, so you might to take that into account :) You can obscure it though

Somewhat far away from the city centre, but there's a direct transport connection No kettle for tea/coffee in the room itself The window is huge and has automated blinds (those also seems to close and open on their own at certain times), but unfortunately, can't be opened if you want to let some fresh air in, so you have to rely on AC

In general, I liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the sound isolation was good, so you don't hear the train station nearby. There is a coffee point in the hotel lobby where you can buy delicious coffee. And definitely, I recommend adding breakfast to your booking, there is a great variety of food, incl. fruit, cheese, nuts, etc.

The location is quite distant from the city center, and the road is not pleasant to walk through (quite industrial), definitely recommend taking a train (2 mins to train station, 6 min to Zürich HB by train)

Due to flight problems, I was stuck in Zurich overnight. I needed a hotel, and this one fit my budget. I was delighted to find, on arrival, a beautiful, comfortable, well organized, and friendly hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant was pleasant. The room was pretty, immaculate, and spotless. It was a pleasant end to a very difficult day.

If I were staying here as a tourist, I might find it a little far away from the center of town. But I also see that there was a tram, so I could be wrong about this. It might actually be very easy to get around.

i only stayed one night after the show I attended and left on Sunday morning, but i appreciated the hotel very much. Modern design, spacious room, super friendly staff, excellent quality of mattress and pillows, lovely bathroom. i got a free upgrade of the room (without asking for it). Easy wifi connection without any password or sms code nonsense.

Absolutely nothing was wrong with the property itself. the location is a bit outcast from the center but Zurich Altestetten train station is in 5 min walk away and there trains go to the central train station every 5 min, so it’s not so bad.

Just perfect! Very smooth check in, very kind staff, got free coffee vouchers, the restaurant was nice, the saunas were nice, there was some green behind the building to walk the dog, it's located next to the station but super sound proof, room was clean, pretty big, beds were comfy, easy parking, staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. Nothing else to wish for!

It's not in the city centre, but of course we knew that. It's right next to the station and easy to get to by car.
