The location of the hotel is perfect for tram locations. It's in the middle of 2 stations which you can choose which way to go within a few minutes walk. Staff is very kind and helpful. The beds and pillows and duvets quality at this price are just perfect for me.

On arrival, for first time visitor, if the hotel can specifically inform them to get out of the train from Zurich airport to Zurich HB main station, then take a tram from Siquai to Techno Park it would make arrival easier. We took the train from the airport to Hardbruck train station and walked from there to the hotel since the GPS said only 7 minutes walk but it is a struggle for dragging luggages to the hotel from there.

At first place - price! Almost double the price if you don't reserve at least month before! It was not worth that money, few days before coming - 900CHF, month before coming 480CHF (this would be fine), for 5 nights.. I didn't know if I have free breakfast nor anyone said anything about it there, didn't even tell me or ask me anything about it.. there are info about free ping-pong, some more free stuff, 0 info about them..

It was clean and the staff was really great. It was pretty central as well so getting to the public transport was great, a 5min walk or so. The hotel has a nice restaurant next to it, which has great food and amazing and friendly staff.

The breakfast choice wasn't very big. There wasn't much fruit or veggies. The most choice was of bread. Also vegan choices, like oat milk or soy yogurt weren't available.

Room is clean and pretty big for budget hotels. There's small corner closet that we can perfectly fit in our luggage which is pretty cool. And then the breakfast buffet was good too, first hotel that I went which has an automated mini pancake maker! So cute! Location is good too, near the quiet area. It is also really near the tram station so it's easy for us to get to the Zurich old town.

Newly refurbished, quiet room, comfy bed. Bathroom did not have an annoying fan, shower was excellent and the air vent was fine since the mirror by the sink did not steam up. Good breakfast with spacious dining area.

The towels got changed even though we hung them up, other than that nothing else negative.

Everything was great.

Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick and there was no possibility of getting a kettle for the room to make tea. They apparently only have 5 for the entire hotel a d all were not able to be borrowed for a deposit. Aren’t kettles or coffee makers standard in hotels that cost over 200 Franken a night?

Very Close to tram station, city centre 15 mins by tram, the staff at the reception during the day was very helpful.Guided us for places to visit in Zurich

The person managing the reception in the night, he was rude .On asking for a dental kit instead of just politely saying not available which is also surprising, he said you'll have to go & buy it in a very rude/unfriendly manner.

Small modern room with all the necessities. Comfy beds, nice dark curtains, and a clean bathroom with all-purpose shower gel. Decently close to public transportation and cafes.

It would have been nice to have a kettle. I was able to sneak some hot water from the breakfast area in the morning but it's not there all day.

breakfast was ok value for money, but nothing fancy. beds were fine. location is ok as close to train station and has 2 trams that connect with a lot of places in the city.

bathroom extremely small and not something i would tolerate for longer than 3 days.

Just a classic hotel, very good for one overnight stay, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable I think. You have to pay for a parking place in the hotel.
