Stayed here on an off day during travelling for work for a month. Laundry facility was extremely useful, room had everything I needed and was comfortable, clean and quiet. Really nice to have a good tv with apps I could log into to to watch comfortably, not far from the old town in an Uber.

Tried to get a very nice looking bottle of beer out of the vending machine and it wouldn't drop out! Maid did come into the room early after knocking so quietly I was just wondering whether I'd heard something or not which was slightly annoying when there was still well over an hour till checkout. Other than that, perfect.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Comfortable room space and bed, and my room had a small kitchen (sink, mini fridge, coffee machine, and utensils available) which made things easier for me.

The location is somewhat of a distance from the main tourist attractions (20mins), but it is a walking distance to the tram station and bus stops, making it a good idea if you want to see more of Zurich or if you are just coming for work. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but they do provide a fan to help getting more comfortable during summer.

I booked a single bed, and it was perfect for me. The mattress was just the right level of comfort—not too soft, but not too firm. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It included a kettle, wine glass, water glass, utensils, and a plate, which was ideal for preparing something to eat in my room. Outside the building, there are two separate tables with chairs where you can relax or smoke. At night, it was especially pleasant since there wasn’t much traffic. In the lobby area, you’ll find free water, Glühwein, coffee, and tea. Yes, you read that right—they're all free! 🤩

The hairdryer wasn't working properly—it ran for about 10 seconds before stopping. I didn’t bother requesting a replacement since I was only staying for two nights.

Everything has been amazing! The staff is super kind and welcoming. The room was clean and with a big terrace. I never saw a whole minibar free of charge!! At the entrance, there was Glühwein for free, and we love it! The kitchen in the room is well equipped with al the necessities. The bed is comfortable, and everything was super clean

The slide door of the bathroom doesn't slide completely, so it is not possible to close it well, and the bathroom has a window in the shower that shows everything to those that are in the room. Maybe curtains could be a good option so that a person can choose between privacy or not

The location is great, easy to reach the center by bus or by tram, the staff are superb, very friendly and helpful, room is spacious we had a nice little balcony, shower has great water pressure. Parking in the garage perfect. In the room a nice mobile fan to cool ourselves during the night, we have the same at home and it was really great to have it.

I just couldn't master the remote control for the blinds, lost time trying to get it right every day. Maybe it was the battery, maybe it was me. The pillows are too flat and soft if you need to sleep with your head up, as I do.

The staff were pleasant, even delightful, patient, smiley and honest. Yes, I had left some valuables in the room and the room cleaning staff brought it down to the reception and the receptionist called me to notify me so that I could return to pick them up. Thanks again. The room was impeccable. I wasn't expecting a mini apartment! It felt like a small and cosy home. Simple, clean and well maintained with useful amenities such as an iron and ironing board, working desk and a comfy little chair and round table. I also enjoyed the modest decoration with the yearbooks on the shelves and the abstract art. I highly appreciated the air conditioning machine, especially that I could move it around in the room :D The breakfast was well set out and offered a variety of good food, both sweet and salted. I particularly enjoyed being able to add dried raisins and cranberries to my crunchy chocolate cereal.

The room was a little hot at times even with the air con on.. but that's a challenge for some of the best of hotels.

Excellent location if you are attending a concert at Letzigrund Stadium, about a 10 min walk or 2 stops on the Metro. The Metro pick up was only a 2 min walk from the hotel, which was really easy to navigate throughout the city. It was about a 15min ride to the downtown area. There is a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a couple of restaurants. The room was spacious, has a coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer, dishes, utensils, and glasses. The room was very clean and had a smart TV in room. There is no A/C, however, the room did coming with a cooling fan. The staff was lovely, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They kindly provided us with a late check out and were able to hold our luggage. Definitely take an Uber to/from the airport not a taxi, it was about a $70 difference between the two.

I think I happened to be next to a very noisy family. They were quiet after 10 pm but a lot of shouting and slamming doors beforehand. I don’t think the sound insulation is bad, but it’s not top either. If the hotel is not fully booked I’d recommend spacing people away from family rooms. I think there could be one more sofa / chair arrangement in the foyer to make it cozier in the evenings. Somewhere to read a book without being in the main waiting area. That’s it. All else was perfect.

There’s a coffee machine available all throughout the day at the common dining area, that’s good after a long day walk at the city. It has comfortable bed and a good view of mountain and greens from the main window. It’s close to Aldi store and can walk back at the train station to get hot meals in restaurants around it.

It would be nice to have some hot food selection aside front the current selection. The room given to me faces main road so you can hear the passing cars & noise if you keep the window open. Closed window is ok but sometimes you want to soak in the cold air from outside.

Amazing room, and facilities, however no air conditioning, only fan and windows. It got hot at night. Nonetheless, really good coffee, and staff is amazingly nice and attentive. 10 min walk from the train station with 1-2 stops to the main station Zurich HB.

No AC was a letdown, even when it is cold at night, you have to open the window because it gets too hot, but it is loud outside from cars, and also many mosquitoes entered the room because there is no net on the window. The hotel is located far from the city center, but can be reached fast using public transportation.
