The location: it is convenient to walk around with the supermarket around the corner The facility: the studio includes a stove, a dishwasher, a sink and a fridge freezer. And you can also find a washing machine in the building to use. The room: it is spacious with a decent size of balcony which is great for a morning coffee or evening drink. Self Check-in: it allows online check-in before providing a pin for entering the building and the room.

No parking space, and difficult to get to if self-drive since the Google map is not very accurate (there is a one-way street which Google marks it as two-way). Unfortunately no real air-conditioner. A remote air-conditioner provided but you need to keep the door/window open to let the tube out, so kind of defeated the whole purpose. Luckily it was not hot during our stay.

We booked the junior suite and the size was just right. Kitchenette amenities were complete. Location was perfect! A tram away from the train station. Lots of food restaurants and Coop grocery across. There was a pizza restaurant nearby too.

It would have been great if the hotel replenished the towels every other day. We were only provided with one each for the whole 3 nights. We arrived late night and the room was so dark and we had look for the main switch to turn on the whole room's electricity using my phone's light. Didn't get instructions in the location which made us panic for a bit. The toilet's size was big but didn't have a place to put your travel toiletries which for me was bothersome. The 7am church bell can be heard from the room since it was located near the apartment. But other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

The property was in a great location.

There was no thermostat in the room so it was hard to control the rooms temperature. They have heated floors that we brought all the way down but at times at night the rooms temperature was still hot that we had to sleep with the covers off. Plus no real broom that I could use to sweep the floor. It’s hard to sweep an entire room with a dust pan. Also no extra towels was provided without having to wash them for continued use.

Good location, walkable from railway station, decent area, large Coop at end of road. Rooms had everything in them although the room we booked lacked a cheese grater and the saucepan was very small. Also no olive oil. Washing machine and dryer involved downloading an app-but to be fair did work well for us.

We had a disaster on the first night as about to go to bed. All the electricity fused so we were in the dark in our room. This happened when we switched the kettle on. The online help was quick to respond to our WhatsApps and when between us we could not reset the fuses the Numa team gave us codes for another room 3 floors up. Unfortunately we then had to pack our bags in the dark (at this point our belongings were all around the room) and move up 3 floors when we actually just wanted to sleep. The room we were moved to was a little larger than the one we left. This made for a very disturbed night for us. It’s a little disappointing that Numa did not give us any compensation for this situation.

Bed was firm, small kitchen with microwave came in handy when you want simple meals. Balcony was good for hanging out. Room was clean and in superb condition when we checked in. I like that for short stays, one can simply replenish some basic essentials like kitchen towels, tea, toilet roll etc. (self-help). Shower area is huge too. There are not just curtains but automated blinds as well. AI chat bot is helpful and when directed to staff mending the chat, I got what I needed to know. Great stay!

It can get pretty noisy as there are bars across the road. Especially at night. However you are provided free ear plugs.

Easy access and checkin. The location was perfect being in the center of Zurich. The luggage lockers are perfect and very easy to use.

The drain was a bit slow to drain. Otherwise the room was great. The room was REALLY hot at times. Opening the windows helped, but there are often people smoking on the street. This is a common problem in Europe though: there are a lot of regular smokers here when compared to the USA. The other thing that was a bit annoying is that if you need to get in even 1 minute after checkout because you forgot something, the room code will lock you out. You'll still have access to the building though. I had forgotten an item in the room, although it wasn't a huge issue so I didn't fuss.

A wonderful apartment room, with a kitchen, modern bathroom and floor heating. Very quiet, the window blinds are all electric and high quality, and the beds were very comfortable. Also, numa Craft is located next to tons of coffee shops, bars, a supermarket, pharmacy, and the tram. The quality of the room is great, and all the free stuff (water, chips, beer, coffee and tea) are a great treat to feel welcome.

TV is a bit awkwardly positioned. The check-in process is the only thing that could improve. If you haven’t registered with “numa” you won’t receive the code you need to access the building and the room. If you don’t know the process, you might be waiting outside without any idea what to do. Customer service though is excellent and they respond right away. Also, make sure to cover the area when you enter the code because then anyone can enter the building and your room. There is no key. Just the passcode.

location perfectly fitted to my needs. Nice + great bathrroom. Excellent bed for great sleep. Cool to have expresso machine and capsules when i arrived. Very nice to also have fresh mineral water, a beer and a drink in the fridge. So cool to have a terrasse in summer !

The kitchen sink a little tiny, but i did not want to pay more to have a bigger kitchen !! Someone came once in 10 days to do the cleaning, change the towels and bed stuff. The studio would need to have an access to a cupboard with a broom or a vacum cleaner, so you can do the cleaning of the floors if no one come on 4 days.

Good sized room, lovely shower room, well located near tram stop and walking distance of the old town. Bed very comfortable. Being able to eat in saved a fortune as Zurich restaurants are very expensive.

Balcony overlooked an office back yard. Kitchenette small so you couldn’t do much more than heat something up, although there was a good microwave and large fridge with freezer compartment. No staff on site: all Communication is digital through WhatsApp and a bot which is great when it works.

Very functional little studio apartment in a central location. Love the breakfast delivery option, though it is quite costly for what you get. Extras of pretty much everything (towels, coffee, tea) available for free in a self-service manner -- very convenient!

Apartments face a church that rings the bells every 15 minutes starting at 7am - ouch! Microwave would be a useful addition to an otherwise descent kitchenette.
