The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was in a very centric area near a subway station. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Fun fact, the bathrooms had those fancy Japanese toilets so that was cool.
The walls were very thin, and you could hear all of your neighbors' activities. The rooms didn't have a mirror apart from the one in the bathroom, and the staff did not have the best English, so it was sometimes hard to communicate.

The staff are so nice and helpful. From arriving to check out, they made a lot of effort with guests. The room is big, clean and modern. The hotel offers free coffee, ice cream, and cookies 24/7. The location is good, it's near the mrt and the port, walking distance from a few night markets and parks.
The breakfast wasn't the best.

overall, I felt warm and cozy during the entire stay. the staff are friendly, the hotel itself was also well maintained, breakfast is simple and tasty, which was good enough for me. I felt the owner made a good effort to make a pleasant environment for every guests to stay. oh ya, not to mention the hotel is clean too! which I’m very fussy about it.

Everything! Modern hôtel, friendly staffs, comfortable bed, nice location, spacious bathroom, good water pressure for the shower, delicious breakfast, free coffee, ice cream and snacks.
If I really need to be difficult, maybe few more hooks on the wall for towels would be nice.

Great location and value for money. Great staff and service with luggage storage. Great room size and comfort, especially the bathroom. Excellent breakfast selection and variety across the 3 mornings. Even had ice cream to pair with the great coffee machine if affogato is your thing!
