The room interior design was just like the hotel’s name, cosy and comfortable. I like the Muji style. Room space is sufficient and toilet has bathtub and shower. Bedsheets are very clean. I also felt welcomed by the staff, especially the young lady at the lobby during breakfast. Breakfast area was beautiful and spacious with a high ceiling. Breakfast food was not bad with a wide selection. I like the convenience of the location, it’s next to the mrt station exit. This exit also has escalator.

I couldn’t find the lobby at ground floor of the building, and then the security guard told me it’s at floor 30. Maybe could have some navigation sign at ground floor.

So many things to love about this hotel! The location was perfect for being next to the MRT station. They offered a pretty good spread for breakfast, and with the public floor being on level 30, we got to enjoy a good view of the city while having our meals. The provision of coin operated washers and dryers really allowed us to get a fresh change of clothes after traveling for about a week. The hotel may have seen some wear and tear over the years, but everything works, and is well appointed. Love the size of the bathroom, with 2 persons can navigate with ample space between them. Yes, a great deal of value for the prices charged.

The ground floor lobby needs a bit of sprucing up, with a change of carpet perhaps. But I have a feeling that doesn’t come under the purview of the hotel. Everything else was great

*location : hotel is next to the metro station "Sanduo Shopping District Staition", Exit 3 *room view : our room was at 25th floor, which had an exceptional view over the harbor and over the city *staff: very attentive. we checked in earlier and left the bags at the hotel. By the time we got our room, our luggages were already in the room. *gym: was very clean! Staff checked on it frequently *breakfast: nice variation of western and asian food, the view is a nice bonus ;)

The hotel was spotlessly clean and smells nice. I had an issue with my final invoice and the staff made every effort to resolve it!

To confirm my booking, I have to use a credit/debit card that is exactly the same as the name that I use to make the booking. I had this issue as the card I used was a company issued card and it had the company name, not my name. I had to use a personal card to make sure that my booking wasn't cancelled.

Perfect location! The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and it's also easy to call a cab if needed. You can simply walk around and find night markets and shopping malls. The building itself is not fancy, but the room is modern and comfy. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, but the small winding driveway could be a bit challenging for drivers.

Very good location, just next to transit railway station. Breakfast is delicious and they change menu during our stay. Room is spacious and bathroom is great. However the bed is far too small and I nearly fell down one night. If I stay next time, I will book a double bed room.

My first time in Kaohsiung and my first stay with COZZI— I loved this hotel! Hotel COZZI also has the best lighting 🤣 Everything was wonderful, from the location to the staff to the rooms, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The king-size bed is comfortable and warm, with a choice of pillows. The room is large, clean, and quiet. The bathroom is positively plush. Chinese classical music plays in the elevators and restaurant.

There's nothing that I didn't like.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and professional. Location was good as it is located near quite a bit of restaurants and a night market.

Elevator was slow going from underground parking to the lobby/rooms. Parking is located in B4/B5 which got to drive down quite a bit.

Nice comfortable room, pretty spacious. Good breakfast. Location pretty convenient, just a stone throw away from MRT station.

Building is shared with offices at the lower floors.
