The location is excellent. The room cleanliness. The interior design of the main lobby L1 and dining area L3.

The check-out system that's needs to be held on with a credit card of NT1,000, which is unfair to Overseas travellers. By right, once guests check out before 11am, staff should immediately check through the room, can't say due to shortage of manpower and will check later afternoon, and what's happen if any disagreement after guests left the city. Anyway, hopefully, withdraw this check-out system to ease all travellers .

Great central location - about 5 mins walk to Kaohsiung Main Station. Friendly staff - always have bright smiles, able to provide assistance quickly Clean room - room make up every day. Great amenities - bathroom comes with bathtub. Have a small sofa in the room.

Towards the end of the stay for about 2 days, the system for the breakfast only indicated 4 adults for my booking when there were 5 adults during check in. The staff is able to resolve immediately by updating the system.

Just opposite Kaoshiung station, super yummy Western breakfast, free coffee and cookies in hotel Cafe from 3pm to 9pm, free washing machine and only aud$1 for 30 minutes dryer, super 2 comfortable pillows per person, the hotel still look brand new.

No hotel sign visible from the station, only small Watermark sign at the entrance door. Only one reception lady super friendly and super helpful during our check-in, the rest is so..so..

The location is very good and convenient. 7-11 is just walking distance. For those traveller who need to travel by train to other places, Watermark is a very good choice as the hotel and the train station is just 200m away.

The self check in is not necessary and not so efficient. Coz the receptionist will still pass you the key pocket and explain to you after you have check in. So I don’t think the self check in system is necessarily.

Location is great! Right outside the main station and MRT, walking 15 mins to famous tourist night market. They offer free laundry detergent and washing machines, juts need to pay for coin dryers, very handy for travelers who staying longer. Room is not big but tidy and clean. Breakfast was ok.

Staffs can be more friendly and helpful.

Location, facilities, food, environment and the brightness and newness of the hotel. The dining room is so beautiful with the long thick wooden table. There is a big construction project outside the hotel, so abit dusty and noisy

1. The wobbly bed was too soft and sank when we slept. 2 the carpet in the room isn't very clean

Nice large modern room offer a great breakfast with cereal, walnuts and almonds as well as eggs and is close to station. There is a large lounge to sit and read with big couches.

They need a hotel sign placed higher up on the building as the current is blocked by the railings and low to the ground cannot be seen from a far.

Very spacious and clean. Staff is very nice. This hotel provides free clothes wash. You only need NT$20 for dryer with 30 min. We found this is very useful for us since it is very humid and hot here in Taiwan during summer time. They also provide free beverages and cookies/biscuits in the afternoon and early evening on 3rd floor. You can enjoy these while waiting for your laundry. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is strategically located right next to Kaohsiung Main Station, just a 5-minute walk away, so there's no need to hire a cab. The bedding and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. And the staff is friendly to accommodate your enquiries.

Lack of amenities and chargeable upon request.

Nice loft… there is a little corner at the loft area that my kids have converted it into a mini-play corner. Oh ya, washing machine is provided without a fee… only need to pay for the dryer.
