Excellent location, good bed and good pillow, good shower, very friendly and competent staff. Breakfast options are limited but sufficient for a good start to the day. Room was big enough, probably relatively large for Taipei standards. Basic, nothing fancy, but overall great value for money. The location directly next to an MRT exit is extremely convenient.

It's a nice hotel located near the MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng station so getting there is easy. The staff were friendly and could speak English so foreigners shouldn't have too much trouble communicating. They offer meals for breakfast and lunch at specific times. Unfortunately, I wasn't there much so I didn't get to eat often. About the room, it was ok for the price. It was very clean and amenities were wonderful. I slept very comfortably on a double bed. I liked that they allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out.

There was a bath tub in the room. The room had a great TV set up, and the air conditioning was quite cold. The view of the room was also not too bad. The room was also quite big. Location wise, the hotel is very new Zhongxiao Xingsheng MTR station, Exit 3.

The furnishing of the hotel is a bit old. The internet was also not very good at times, which meant that it was difficult for me to do any video calls. There might be a bit of noise as the hotel is very near the main road.

I was very impressed with its location. The hotel is located right next to the MRT Station, which gives you easy access to all parts of the city. I was able to get to all of the major tourist attractions within minutes.

The hotel itself is lacking in some amenities. For example, there are no bidets in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi is intermittent. This can be frustrating for guests who are used to having these amenities.

The location was amazingly good, right next to the exit of MRT station. The room was clean and tidy, and also the facilities in the room were all very good. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the cleaning staff were very responsive and did a great job in maintaining the area spotlessly clean.

Wifi was unstable; I could not even watch Youtube constantly. Also, I could hear all my neighbours' opening and closing doors, people moving from upstairs, next to me and outside the room. I would recommend to people who don't mind the noise or internet connection.

Perfectly located right beside the subway exit. The room is clean, spacious and includes all the disposable things you need. The sink is outside the washroom, so you don't have to occupy the washroom for washing your face and brushing your teeth. There is also both a shower and a bathtub.

They listed they have laundry washing facilities but in fact they don't and the staff told us to go to the coin laundry...

It was amazing staying here! the room size and facilities with this price in Taipei and good location is so comfortable living here. staff was nice and helpful. room cleaning everyday.

not much attractive spot or food nearby tho still have good one and easy to get MRT blue lines which can go to many places

Location couldn't be better - train and bus lines right outside the hotel and easy access to all the key areas in taipei. Staff was also incredibly nice. Very accomodating and let us keep our baggage until midnight after we checked out.

The shower leaked so water was in the toilet area. Wasn't a big issue because they cleaned it every day, but was inconvenient at times.

Booked 2 nights via booking.com and I was charged 1 night. When I arrived at the hotel, I paid 2 nights and asked for deducing my deposit. A hotel front staff who told that I will get my deposit back within 7 working days but I have not got my money back until now.

the staff was incredibly nice! everyone was so helpful and pleasant. great location, near the MRT station Zhongxiao Xinsheng and easy to get anywhere from there.

the room could've been a little cleaner, but overall it didn't really bother me.
