Everything was nice and clean. comfortable bed, nice but little bit small bathroom with a hot shower (good water pressure) and a lovely toilet with warm toiletseat! Free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, razor, shower cap, comb) were provided.

The room was a bit small for the price you pay. When we were checking in in the middle of the night the reception was closed and we had to self check-in, we tried to pay with our creditcard since we didn’t have cash on us but the machine wasn’t working. we tried everything several times but nothing worked. We had to go across the street to an ATM and after we inserted cash the machine gave us our roomkey. would have been nice if the hotel gave us a heads up about the self check-in

1. It’s a very good location - Taipei Main Station and Ximen Station are walkable, close to a few bus stops, close to 711 and family mart, close to a lot of food places. 2. We booked a room good for 4 people. The size is good, not too small. 3. Staff are very friendly. knows how to speak english. 4. Even though we arrived at around 3am due to our flight schedule, we were still allowed to check in. key card was left to the main bldg/lobby guard. 5. They were able to arrange the airport pick up for us - for a fee

The only issue I had was the initial room that they gave us was not the room that we booked. Since we arrived early in the morning 3am and the lobby of N Hotel was already closed, we did not have the chance to request for the correct room. We had no choice but to stay in the room reserved for us and only requested for the new room the next day. We were able to change rooms but had to pay NTD 500 for the cleaning fee for the initial room given. If we were given the correct room from the start, we wouldnt have the unnecessary spend for the cleaning fee.

Location is alright, I travelled to the hotel by foot after exiting the metro station, even it positions itself as a boutique but I find it to have its own value propositions, that makes it the most bang of bucks' choices among all the hotels I stayed throughout my time in Taipei. Bathroom is nicely furnished, and I like how thoughtful they are thoughtful enough in installing universal socket plug mounted on walls, and also the toilet seat warmer is one decent features alongside with its strong rain shower head. I also like how they have waiting area for guests allowing them to indulge/rest up a little with free flow beverages and magazines (up to date and new ones from different genres) to flip on, all in all its just a posh and cozy setup

Location - the hotel located not far from Taipei Main Station and Ximending. I can walk to both places very convenience. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel. The lobby located at the 3rd floor and rooms are located at the fifth floor. I can access to each floor by lift (the left one). Staff - very friendly and helpful staff. I have a late flight, and I can left my stuff at the lobby after I checked out. The staff explain the rules and all facilities in the room very clearly when I check in. Room - a room a bit small. I think it’s suitable for one person stay. However, it is a very cozy and very clean, new, and the bed not too soft, it it very comfortable to sleep. Bathroom is very clean, hot water is also good. Soundproof is also good for me. Please note that there are no daily room cleaning, I have to inform the staff in advance if I want to change a towels or add the water or tissue paper. But overall I really love this room. There is no breakfast but the hotel provide the coffee at the lobby. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

Convenient location within 10min walk to Taipei main station (need to walk underground quite a bit) and Ximending. Many nice local breakfast eateries in the vicinity. Self-check in machine was very convenient, can select language on machine, scan passport and collect key without worrying about language barrier. Room is spacious and comfortable. Building outside looks old, shared with Finder's hotel, but rooms are modern and new.

Need to ask staff to clean room during your stay if not no housekeeping. Check-in time is quite late at 5pm and checkout early at 11am, probably because of low manpower for housekeeping.

Location was really good! lots of attractions and food nearby. National Taiwan Museum was walking distance, was quite value for money to spend 2-3 hrs. Xi Men Ding was also walking distance, lots of great food and souvenir snack shops to buy and bring back to the hotel. Very near 7-Eleven, & family Mart. the toilet was clean and have really hot water, which I liked cuz the weather was really cold. the toilet seat was also warm with a bidet!

the room can be a bit cramped if you have big luggages. there isn't much closet space for hanging clothes. (not an issue if u dont care about hanging clothes) there were a couple of false alarms during my stay, can be a bit shocking cuz the siren sounded like a woman screaming. LOL

The room is very new and quiet. location is very convenient, just 5mins away from the main station. There are food and massage everywhere next to the hotel. I highly recommend this place cos the staffs they are so wholesome. We were celebrating the birthday with our friends and planning a surprise, they staffs just have us a chocolate box as a birthday gift and even help us to buy the birthday cake! OMG, how sweet they are !!! Apart from that, they always helped us solved the Ossian’s help us to called the taxi to go to Airport, the price is cheap and the service is perfect !! please come and stay, you will have an amazing experience and fill with love ❤️

It’s near the National Museum and near Ximending. Its also close to convenience stores, pharmacy like Watsons, restaurants, spa and many more. Its also close to Taiwan Main station and bus stops. We also love the Japanese toilet!

The aircon got problems but was fixed. No early check in even for a fee. But that’s fine. We love the express check in and check out on their self check in machine. Elevator is also packed most times and the building is shared with other business but its not a nuisance

Although it is not perfect and there are some small thing that can be improve, everything else is very good, would probably stay here again next time.

There should be some hanger for clothes inside the bathroom. It will be better if there's more pillow as the original one for each person are too flat for us. One of the room we booked, aircond is not working well, but the other two are just fine. That's all, as I mentioned above, everything else is very okay.
