The location was convenient to the places I wanted to visit. The check-in and check-out process was done efficiently. The wait staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The room was as shown. it was comfortable, clean and most things were easy to find. I didn’t have breakfast, but I had dinner sent to my room on the last night. The meal was good and worth the price. It’s a beautiful hotel and I especially liked the hallways.

Contacting the front desk was a task. Communicating with room service and house keeping were challenging because most of the staff didn’t speak or understand much English. Therefore, this is something to consider if you plan to stay here.

Okura situates at excellent site with convenience to shopping, eating or going to other areas. All staff there are nice and very helpful. Room is spacious, clean and very comfortable.

I need to pay 3 times when using debit card. The first is used 3 days before check in, second is on the day of check in with deposit and the 3rd to pay at check out time. Though the refund of 1st and 2nd payments are quick on the same day after check out, I think to authorize 3 payments should not be necessary.

this is my 3rd time staying in Okura Prestige. all the staff are professional friendly and helpful. the room is big clean and each time I go back to my room at the end of the day, it is super clean and it smells so good. thank you to the staff who greeted us each time we went down or came back from a long tour around Taipei. I feel like I am at home. my husband snored every night and this showed how well he slept🤣

My family members stayed in 3 twin bed room. During our stay, the hotel send 3 pcs of candies to celebrate my sister’s birthday. This recalled my stay at Grand Hyatt Taipei, who gave me one lb of birthday cake during my birthday. I found Grand Hyatt is more generous to their room guest

+ absolutely great service + amazing room overall (style, beds, shower…) + nice rooftop pool

- laundry service is very good and quick but highly overpriced in my opinion (almost 15€ for a t-shirt incl. express and service charges)

Great location of the hotel, close by MRT station and all the fancy restaurants. Walking distance to a lot of the points of interests and museums.

We didn't like the selection of the in-room menu because there wasn't anything in terms of "local Taiwanese" food. Would have been nice to enjoy a few local flavors.

Excellent staff and hotel. Location was ideal for exploring the city and lots to do locally within walking distance. I eill be going back with my family and want to return here.

Some of the gym equipment needs a service and some oil. bikes and running machines. Otherwise all good.

Breakfast was great. Personally, I think I can make a dish similar to the chef's recommendation Otherwise, it's a pity the evaluation of the five-star hotel

WIFI and internet are terrible. Even though I live in the executive suite, Is the internet quality far worse than my cell phone signal? If this is a business trip, it may affect the quality of my work.

All the staff were amazing -- very service-oriented, friendly, polite and professional.

Husband had problem with the softness of the bed (I found it soft too); however, they made it right by adding a board to help provide more support for him and he slept much better.
